"LADY ADHD" leaps from the perpetual-motion mind of comedian, quirky genius, and overall rather loud person, Blaire Postman.
Part alt stand up, part Ted Talk, this one of a kind solo show combines Blaire’s signature flip chart comedy pieces with running commentary about her life with long-undiagnosed ADHD, and some lessons learned where the two intersect.
“LADY ADHD” is an unexpected, high-energy tour inside this comedian’s brain, including a deeper look at the unusual patterns and connections she sees in ordinary things that go unnoticed by most of us, and how that ability can make everyday items and experiences entertaining, fun and, occasionally, even revelatory.

Since its mid-pandemic debut in late June 2021, “LADY ADHD” has been selected for the 20th SF Sketchfest, had elements featured on “The Dork Forest” podcast hosted by comedian Jackie Kashian, was the closing event for the 2021 International ADHD Conference, will be produced at Caveat theater in NYC June of 2022, and has played to packed theaters (Covid-permitting) from DC to Asheville; Boston to Richmond; Nashville to Raleigh, and beyond.
