I absolutely LOVE your short videos! It’s refreshing to wake up, say my prayers, then come on RUclips and my algorithm is doing what she’s pose to do, okay! I was going back and forth with myself the same way this morning BUT I got up! Even though I didn’t get up at my normal 5am to go to the gym I got up at 7am and I’m okay with giving myself grace today even though I feel a little rushed now lol. My first client doesn’t come until 12:30pm but I completely forgot I scheduled a meeting at 10am with my financial advisor 🙃 but we got this! lol 😂
I am with you girly!! I had a live class scheduled on my peloton at 7:10woke up way before that and stayed in bed!! I got up at 7:06 got dressed and ran to the cold ass basement. I even did an extra 10 minute cool down ride. Now the strength to do some strength exercises I am still looking for. It’s 15:06 lol

I needed to hear that today. Started walking both of my dogs on Sunday/Monday and all 3 of us felt so good afterwards. So cold but nice. Today at work, minus my dogs :( I took a walk on my lunch break and I made myself so proud.

I give myself a pass on workout classes only on two occasions: Aunt Flo coming to visit or a cold/flu/covid situation. I told myself “you don’t have to go tonight, it’s cold outside, you’ll go next week.” Then I heard myself say “if you don’t go this week, what makes you think you WILL go next week? Or the week after that?” I threw my tights and leotard on, drove my behind to class and had one of the best classes I’ve had all year. You nailed this one!
Girl that cold weather ain't no joke! Winter weather is the first thing to change your mind on EVERYTHING! But very good self talk to yourself! Thank you

12° here in Missouri now and I'm headed out the door to warm up the truck for my toddlers so we can head to the gym. Down 70lbs last year and 2025 is the year for discipline, not motivation.
Yeppppp.....Because if it's ok to take today off then it's ok to take tomorrow off. Next thing you know you have built a pattern of only going once or twice a week. The bad side to that is you are going to build yourself back up to going 4 times a week and that very hard....Good job

That was my thought process this morning as well in Loganville Georgia. Luckily though I have to drop my son off at school at a certain time and there’s no reason why I need to get back in bed. So I went to the gym after I dropped them off, came home, cleaned up and then went to work.

I've been doing 15-20 walking workouts on RUclips. I also lay out my workout clothes for 3-4 days so I have less excuses.
