I've been so scared to check-in with my goals because I know I'm nowhere close to where I wanted to be. We're battling the worst summer since the last 2 months (temperature around 100 F) and it has affected my physical and mental health very negatively. So I decided to delay this process for a month and instead just did a little gratitude journaling!
I hear a lot of this same advice all the time but the way you communicate and speak really captured me. You speak from experience and it holds wisdom. I'm new to you but this video really has a lot of gems and great suggestions. Thanks for the motivation!
