probably my favorite episode. Thank you.
Mine is out where the buses don't run
Miami Vice, I loved the show, it was the best...The characters, the clothes, the Miami Beach scenery, and especially the music made this series a classic...I never get tired of watching it...And it inspired me to wear a badge, which I still do today.
One consistent theme in the Vice series was portraying Feds as creeps and oily characters to one degree or another.
Some heavy shit. Deep State type shit. Person of Interest type shit. Blacklist type shit. They've been telling us for decades how "government" really functions.
4:56 here's the part about "killing Gretzy did him a favor", "cancer everywhere..."
I think Gretzky missed Castillo on purpose.
Correct.
This was an awesome episode :)
Jesus Christ.....this was good stuff.
Edward James Olmos was so perfect for this role. I like Gregory Sierra, but he wasn't right for this part
3:00 ... this guy is supposed to be a stormtrooper
The best of Jan Hammer's MV songs.
Castillo pulled out the howitzer 🤤 and put him down like a Cops Cop!! Total bad ass.
Castillo was a combat vet.....afraid of nothing.....
So was Crockett
This man, killing is a profession....his only weakness is an inability to hit someone at close range with a machine gun.
If anyone is searching for a show better than Miami vice stop. It is a futile pursuit
That damn Cylon was not worth a shit at point shooting with a full auto from only 8-10 feet...!
Fun that they would be drawing down on each other some 30 years later on Battlestar Galactica.
He killed a man that would go onto fame in Quantum Leap
And he's a fracking Cylon.
have you ever seen married to the mob ?
Definitely one of the top episodes of the Series ever.
Es de mejor episodio de la serie. Realmente bueno. Espectacular el Tte. Castillo.
Surfs up pal!
I really like Castillo's skinny necktie.
That was really popular in the 80s.😎
Castillo WAS Miami Vice. Understated. Authentic. Unglamorous. LETHAL.
I can't imagine anyone performing the role of Lt Castillo better or even close to Edward Elmos. The cast was unbelievably good in this show.
Of course he embraces Japanese culture.
He was in Vietnam as the US troops were starting to pull out, what he saw there was traumatizing so he turned to the closest religion there was in the region.. but not Japanese
Actually, it was Thai culture that Castillo was most interested in - his wife was Thai. See episodes “Golden Triangle Parts 1& 2”.
That was a Film👌
Damn ! When he moved it was an outline of his body in bullet holes 😆
