No doubt climate is quite hot here in Faridabad. But this place is beyond expectations. I had the opportunity to visit many countries of Asia and Europe. This world street of Faridabad is best amongst all. Faridabad is also my native. I feel more work is needed for the cleanliness. I can proudly say this place is best of all places of Delhi NCR

No high end or even middle end brands have opened yet at world Street. Maintenance of this property would be difficult with limited foot fall. There's only so much that just restaurants can bring in.

There is a vigyan bhawan project 2 km ahead of world street in front of that even bigger and greater version of world street is coming up
A lot depends on location for retail spaces, but if it right off the national expressway, that is a big plus for retail and offices. Not sure how easy it is to park, so hope that is planned well.

Why is Omaxe building 3-4 Connaught place, in every corner of NCR
Its beautiful, But all projects of Omaxe are exactly a copy of CP .. The recently launched Omaxe mall, Chandni chowk too has been designed similarly to CP.
Their other projects in Noida also have this same design, they should build something different as well
