As expected, your creamy puerto rican coconut pudding recipe is so perfect! Thank you so much for always sharing new delicious recipes! I'm going to watch your video well today too! Have a great day today! See you again!
My Abuela used to make something similar to this, when I was young! She would even serve it to us warm, similar to a porridge. I've been searching everywhere for a recipe, but I didn't know what it was called... Thanks so much for this video!! So excited to make it!! 😁
It’s very interesting to see a lot of people are not familiar with our gastronomy. So close but so far away I guess, Americans should know a lot about PR but they don’t, specially out food, tembleque is solely Puerto Rican, but I’m glad they’re now starting know about it, also try: Arroz con dulce (rice pudding) flan (it’s ours too) besitos de coco (coconut macaroons) dulces de coco y de leche (coconut & milk pastry) pastelillos de guayaba (guava pastry also comes with cream cheese) pasta y queso (guava & cheese on a cracker) arroz con leche (rice milk) piña colada (strained pineapple) and so on and so forth, not everything comes from Mexico, all of these desserts are Puerto Rican. Sofrito is Puerto Rican, and even though Adobo is Spanish I think it was Puerto Ricans who commercialized it. Im not saying other countries don’t have amazing food, but what I see is that most people, including Americans think everything spanish is Mexican, including the food, and that’s not right. Mexico has very good food, they have tamales, tacos, burritos which I like, but we also have great food almost nobody knows. And because Mexico is such a big country I think people get overwhelmed by their gastronomy, and I even think our gastronomy rivals even theirs, but that’s me, bottom line, Puerto Rico has great great food.

I tried this with replacing corn starch with tapioca flour or falxseeed flour and it was amazing. 😍
