Thank you for the recipe. I use sofrito and recaito in a lot of dishes! And always wanted to try making it myself. I freeze it in bags, flat, so I can just break off some as needed.
Great presentation, but you should explain to the newbies that the herbs should be thoroughly washed and the ajiectos should be cleaned as well by removing the seeds. Also you didn't give any quantities. For example, medium onion! How many pieces of garlic, one red peppe? One green? Etc. Overall, good job.

Nope! The onions and peppers typically have enough water content to help blends things up. A nice tip to help the blending process would be to pack the onions and peppers closest to the chopping blade

Sofrito is big part of Puerto Rican cuisine and especially using culantro. It's like the stronger big cousin of cilantro 🙂
