Repede can now be used outside of battle (like to walk around an stuff) New costumes, skills, artes, skits, added story (about Patty). So basically, 360 is kinda incomplete [Patty was hinted about thou, but never shown]. Or you could think of the PS3 version with extra contents.

@VanishMantle IIRC = If I remember correctly. The costumes are overpriced IMO, but only you can decide whether they are worth it. For the sake of the clarity, the costumes shown in this video are unlocked by clearing the 200 Man Melee and are not available as DLC.
I love cameo costumes. Yuri as Judas using Marian (or at least I think thats the skill) complete with battle theme is my favorite ^^ (he even gets the mask. Serious scenes probably lose a lot of um "seriousness" with that thing ^^")

They could have released some type of patch or download for the updated portion of the game... not sure how it would have worked but it would have been greatly appreciated even if i had to pay like 10~15$ more to complete it, i would have.
Namco been very slow in localization, until now xillia 2 still have no news, and also not only vesperia ps3 version, they won't localization tales of innocence R and tales of hearts R too.
I don't see not having English as native language as an excuse for bad grammar because I also ain't a native speaker. Still, your grammar is damn good so don't worry. It was selfish because they released the better version only in Japan. And also, you know about Patty? You can read about her in the 360 Beta version they localized. I'll let you decide on your own about that; but I believe they planned on doing what they did from the start.
PS3 version is the newer edition and has additional stuff to it like having Patty (the blond pirate girl) and Flynn become playable characters. Unfortunately it won't be localized for those who can't understand Japanese to play :(
