If you can get fresh plantains to prepare at home, fried plantain would be an absolutely badass addition to a sandwich. Always delicious and would be a majorly different textural component vs the dried chips! :D
Mashing the blackberries, combining them with the hot sauce might have helped to make more of a spread. And mortadella alone just doesn't have enough...body. I always feel like it needs to be paired with something else. Still, the dice are the ones in control!

New Hampshire viewer checking in... hell yeah. Nothing wrong with the pine tree state though.
The only mortadella I've seen had pistachios in it along with the pork fat so seeing it without them threw me off for a second
im hoping for 300 you do a double everything kind of thing other than bread so double the amount of dice for each roll
