- Если стрелка тахометра или спидометра делает чёрти что и не работает как надо, причина этому может быть плохой контакт в пунктах пайки (так называемая "холодная пайка"). В этом видео Вы увидете как можно устранить такую проблему.

Отличное видео. Спасибо автору за такое подробное пособие. Мне помогло. Перепаял все 8 контактов. Параллельно обнаружил сгоревший светодиод на "Сервисной" (та что с ключом у Чека).
Стрелки снимаются очень легко. Берешь стрелку крутишь против часовой стрелки и вытаскиваешь. Заранее запомните уровень топлива. я обычным бумажным скотчем налепил и ручкой нарисовал сколько топлива.
Выставил все стрелки на 0. Далее включаем зажигание.
Первую делайте стрелку топлива. Если нужна корректировка - снимаете и переставляете.
Вторую делаем тахометр. У меня получилось с первого раза (помог скотч с черточкой)
Третью - спидометр.
Корректировку тахометра и спидометра выполнял через приложение Obd Mary и модуль (OBD2 | ELM327). Выезжаешь на большую парковку или свободное место и методом "тыка" корректируешь. Вуаля. Собираешь все обратно и радуешься!
P.S. Все датчики являются "аналоговыми", поставить стрелки с точностью до 1 об/мин и 1 км/час не получится. Чисто визуально - ровно, если прям очень внимательно вглядываться - кажется что криво)))) В общем не зацикливайтесь.

There are no stupid questions ;-) The blue pencil is a desoldering pump for sucking off the excess solder.

I'm only an amateur, not a professional. I didn't quite understand your question: the sweep and the vxr 07 plate.
The problem in my video was that the speedometer didn't show any speed and I re-soldered the soldering points because they were so-called "cold soldering points". Good to see by 3:35-3:37.
You can check your circuit board to see if there are cold soldering points elsewhere and then re-solder them.

What is the tool you use to get the old solder off the pcb?

To remove solder I use a desoldering pump and to remove flux I use mineral spirits (white Spirit).

I live in Germany. The simple desoldering pump costs 5 EURO here and I use one of those too.

@@eriii276 Yes, the desoldering pump I use is simple and manual, but it does your job excellently.
If you plan to solder a lot and often, then investing in an electric pump may make sense.
There are soldering stations that have an electric desoldering pump in addition to the soldering iron.

I'm sorry, I'm just an amateur, not a pro. Unfortunately, I do not know this detail. It is best to unsolder the old buzzer, maybe there is some information on the back of it. Go with the old buzzer in the electronics retailer and ask there for a replacement. Or ask in an Opel car dealership.

@@nboyhd6440 I used my own tacho, just changed the speaker from the other one, after disassembling only two pins of the speaker to soldering out. If you change the whole tacho I think you should reprogram it.

I am only an amateur, not a professional. Either the buzzer (round black speaker in the video at 3:14 on the right) has poor contact (cold soldering points, must be re-soldered), or the buzzer is broken and must be replaced.
Hi dmitri. Great work and congrulations.My 2007 corsa d has a problem with the rpm counter.İt sometimes dont work properly.İt stuckts at 0 rpm.When it get stucks I hit the dashboard with my hand a little then it starts to function again:). So can my problem be the same like here?

I had thougt that I could repair this problem with an electronic circuit cleaner(cause I was thinking that may be it is because of the cumulative dust.)But My idea has changed after I have seen your video.The dashboard system is more electronic than I thought and more complicated.So I gave up trying to repair it on my own. :)

@@kayakurt2083 Kurt. Did mine last night and assembled it in the car this morning. It was a breeze. I trust you can do it easily. I have faith in you. Use the hair blower to soften the glue for the speedo sticker. And after that it's as easy as it can be. Trust me, you can do it!
@@kayakurt2083 Kurt what i forgot to mention. Mu tach worked fine but when i opened it and checked all the solder joints both on speedo and tach i had issue with the soldering. So for good measure i did all of them.

Hello Dimitri, would you please be kind and help me. My speedometer is crazy, today is normal, tomorrow it's with 20 km/h higher than the actual speed, or even 40 or even 60. I'm going with 50 kmh and it shows 90-100 or sometimes it's 120. Is this the issue on mine? I would do it if so. Thank you! PS: The tutorial is awsome! You are awsome! Cristian from Romania.

Your problem might be similar to my video. You can try controlling the solder joints in your speedometer. If necessary, you can correct them. Best solder new the solder joints on both displays (speedometer and tachometer).
The phenomenon described by you can occur because of the cold solder joints.
It could of course be on the speed sensor on the engine, but I would start with the instrument panel.
