Joel is who I bought and sold my last boat from. I thought it was a POS when I bought it but it actally turned out to be a great boat. The new boat I bought is the actual POS. I want my old boat back LOL.
The prices I am told have increased considerably in recent months, we take delivery of our 410 in ten days I know how excited you must have been to see your 440. I prefer the layout of the Jeanneau. Nice video fair winds to you both.

The line is real blurred between Jeanneau and Beneteau. This boat is only slightly smaller than our 440 and almost equally bigger than the 410. I prefer our walk around deck and helm position. Quality appears to be equal. I would still take the 440 and maybe the 410 over the 40.1 Price has changed a lot in the 18 months and we probably couldn’t afford any of them.

dock fees are higher though compared with the oceanis 41, right? The LOA or something puts the 41 into the 'upto 40ft' slip range.
What's the MSRP on one of these? Walkthroughs are wonderful, but we all watch these expecting to know what they cost. Amatuer hour ....
