dock fees are higher though compared with the oceanis 41, right? The LOA or something puts the 41 into the 'upto 40ft' slip range.
Nice boat for the money. Perhaps one day I learn to sail. 😮

Is this woman drunk?
That is a very functional little 35-footer. Patricia did a great job on the tour. A little more money for a water maker and all the electronics would mean you would have a nice bluewater boat for two. What did you think of it? Did it have a freshwater tank? Thanks guys.
Hi Guys. Chartering looks to be the least complicated way of Sailing in the Mediterranean, as if you take your own boat there, it becomes an expensive and Bureaucratic nightmare, and to even be able to check in, in many places, you have to have an international Certificate of Competence, for example. I was lucky enough to Sailing the Mediterranean in the 1960’s and 1970’s when it was pre European Union, easy lack of Bureaucracy and very Cheap. The Closest I will get today, is from the South of England Coast, using Michael of the Sailing Gently Channel Gentle Coastal Route down the West Coast of France, to Northern Spain, then down the West Coast of Portugal to Gibraltar. It is an absolute Treasure of a Route, and a brilliant journey, with a stopover at pretty much every Port every night, and if the weather is bad, no problem waiting for a good weather Window to go on. Gibraltar is great for fuel and Provisioning, then personally, I skip Madeira and the Canary Islands and head Straight for Cape Verde islands and cross the Atlantic from There. If I remember right, video of that Gentle Route to the Mediterranean is on the Sailing Gently Channel, but the Downloadable Book with updated charts etc is now in its 12th Edition. Michael has done a lot of really good books, and next trip, I will be updating the Gentle Route one, plus his preparing to Cross the Atlantic one for the checklist, in case I forget anything. Thanks for the look see videos, Corsica was nice when there were still Bandits in the Hills🤣 Best Wishes and Safe Travels. Bob.👍🌟🌟🌟❤️⛵️
Thanks Bob, we are chartering an X-Yacht in Greece next September. It is easier and we don’t plan on taking Cavu to the med when we leave.

This series has been the deepest look at a Neel. Well done.
@@SV-DEDICATED Apparently SV Tonic Boatwives Channel have been threatened with being Sued by Neel if they Publish an honest highly Critical Review of a Neel Trimaran and the Faults they Discovered while delivering a New One ? Based on Positive Prior information, I had been giving a Positive opinion of Neel, other thanbthe unavoidable costs due to three hulls, but tbh, the only Multihulls I can give a positive View on now, are Nautitech and Catana Catamarans, but while both are excellent at Sailing Upwind, as Igor Stropnik has begged - please can you give an approved Method of successfully Sailing Downwind ? Side Note, and I am NOT 100% Sure this is Correct, but it might be - I think the problem may well be cured with a shorter Air Draft Masts, with in Mast Furling, combined with a much Shorter Boom, for getting a kind of 'Blade Effect' narrow Main Sail, which would greatly Reduce or even eliminate the Wind Shading effect on the Head Sails ? The downside would be the extent to whichnit would affect the Sailing to Windward Performance. This kind of Mast, Main Sail and Headsail setup is exactly what I am looking to achieve with my Next Sailboat, which will be a Monohull, which should provide lots of useful Data, and as a Cruising and Voyaging Sailboat, should still have more than adequate performance anyway, from a Suitably Designed series of Test Main Sail Developments. I just need my Piggybank to fill back up again - possibly in 2025, and definitely by 2027, if I don't Die First. 😀 Best Wishes. Bob. 👍🌟🌟🌟♥️⛵️
Nice job on the video Dave. Im installing the same Seawater Pro system. Im wondering where you got the 3 way diverter valve?

Dragging anchor is my biggest fear while cruising. You can handle the largest storms as long as your anchor holds, but a simple tide change pulling your anchor can destroy a boat.
We upsized our anchor on Cavu, added a swivel and will add more chain before we leave. Charter boats have minimum tackle. Scary.
What's the MSRP on one of these? Walkthroughs are wonderful, but we all watch these expecting to know what they cost. Amatuer hour ....
Joel’s contact is in the description. Shoot him an email and he can send you all the current pricing
Hi, Where is Cavu now?
What are those mini lounge chairs that you have up by the mast? I would like to purchase something like that.
Those are from Bote. We got 2 from popboardco.com/collections/docks-planks/products/inflatable-chair-set-2-chairs we like better.
Nice job👍
We are planning to go to the BVI coming Jan so I happy to follow your trip over there. As for boey, just a thought - it’s much easier to approach and grab when u go to them with the aft ahead and bathing platform down and then just fiddle the line through rather than from the front bending your back till it cracks 😂. Done that often in Sweden. Happy sailing
Did the original Bimini reattach without too much modification?
Stopped by to say hello! Thanks for the great conversation in Annapolis. Subbed and set the Bell :)
Thanks for the support.
i came here for the flotation

nice its
Dude, using your wife's boobs to draw traffic to your videos is some tacky sh*t.
Beautiful and sexy mermaid!😍🌶💣🔥
PS. Not that I’d buy one, being a Died in the Wool Monohulls Sailor, after pretty Nasty personal experiences with Catamarans when testing due to thinking about buying one in the 1980’s - I just couldn’t handle the violent Corkscrew Bucking Bronco Motion when trying to Sail Upwind, which nearly threw me over the side rails a Few times. Well there does seem to be one make of Catamaran that is properly designed, built, Strong, and Stiff enough to be excellent for Sailing Upwind. and that is the Nautitech Catamarans built by Bavaria Yachts, which imho are really worth checking out by anyone interested in a better than decent Catamaran . I have no Connection with the Company other than being somewhat interested in their Monohulls, though tbh, I doubt that I will buy one, as they do not make one with a shallow enough Draft for me, as I’m looking for something as close as possible to a 4 foot Draft - all of my previous Sailboats have been close to 4 feet, like my previous Endeavour 32 had a Draft of 4 feet 3 inches, and tracked like it was on Rails tbh.👍 For Cruising, a Short Mast Air Draft is also very important for good access entrance and exit to as many places as possible- I just love exploring up Estuaries and Rivers, and you have to be able to get under Bridges, Power, and Telephone Lines, to avoid upsetting locals. 🤔🌟🌟🌟👍⛵️❤️
Sad to hear of the problems you guys are having with the Neel TriMaran.Unfortunate On Topic Side Note, a Really good Boat Review Channel Has been Threatened with Court Action if They Publish their Heavily Critical Review of a new Neel TriMaran they were expected to deliver. For Obvious Reasons I am not going to Name that Channel or Source, as Court Cases are likely Pending. Frankly, I am personally Shocked and Disappointed by the attitude of Neel to their Products, as well as to the Customers of their Products. I will leave my Comments there, other than to Wish Dave and Patricia a rapidly improving holiday experience in the Mediterranean, and Best Wishes To All. Bob.🤔🌟🌟🌟👍❤️⛵️
Thanks Bob.
Water taxi? Beautiful place
A bit more fun in the old days, when there were still Bandits in them there hills of Corsica. 🤣Best Wishes. Bob.👍🌟🌟🌟❤️⛵️
Not really an option and we were fine with the swim.
@@SailingCAVU Just a thought on that Outboard motor failing - it may well have been used with Ethanol Mix Gasoline without having Ethanol Fuel Stabi.iser added, so it Wrecks the Fuel lines, and seals in the carburettor / Fuel injection Systems, but just might be brought back with the Liberal use of Carburettor Cleaner, but careful, that stuff is nasty and only use it in a well ventilated are with very good airflow. Ethanol is so bad, it really needs to be Banned as a Gasoline additive frankly. Best Wishes. Bob. 👍
The odd thing is it a 38 foot Catamaran and you dont even have room to lay down and stretch out in the cockpit unless you're a small child. I still like the boat though. Id take this over a similar priced monohull.
There is a market for every boat
When are yall going to leave Kemah and go cruising?
We were leaving this year but I took another job. We are padding the cruise kitty and maybe, maybe another boat.
@@SailingCAVU Catamaran? LOL
No.. monohull in the 50’ range. Just need a little more room and tankage

Hi Dave. How much chain does that boat have?
alas, the missing 10mm ❤

I have had a lot of trouble finding my balls since I turned 60. I am hoping it's an eyesight thing.
That nice ass is clickbait :)
There was posts on Neils build quality , How'd you find that .
I remember seeing a video about it. But some of these videos (about various boat manufacturers) get removed... And I'm not referring to that hull #1 at some boat show with various interior cosmetic issues that they had to rush to get ready. The vid I'm referring to was about glue-seams(?) of the hull itself. I'm however only a layman at this stuff so y'all have to do your own due diligence...
