This tutorial shows how to copy a 2-sided document to 2-sided on the
HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283 Printer.
It shows how to copy 1-sided first and then reload to copy the 2nd side. The printed pages also needs to be reloaded.

This is ridiculous - something I might expect 15 years ago, certainly not in 2023. I just bought one and am taking it back before I even unbox it. I appreciate you showing me how difficult it is to duplex copy and scan. Nope!!!

I expected this printer doing double sided copying of multiple sheets like this:
1. Scan all odd sides and memorize them.
2. Scan all even sides and memorize them. (after rotating and inserting the originals into the ADF manually again)
3. Print everything with duplex in correct order.
Sadly, this is one of my favorite videos on RUclips!! Haha! I watch this every few month to remember how to do this. I am so frustrated that 283 and 281 (same just older version) can’t make 2 sided copies. But I just watch your video and make sure I put the papers in the right way and I get my two sided to two sided. Thank you!!

I appreciate you showing this, but it is ridiculous that HP would get rid of the two side to two side copy for the MFP 283

so this printer doesn't have a 2 sided copy automatic???
Thank you so much, I had been trying to figure this out, thinking I was doing something wrong! It is not your fault but I am disappointed in HP to make it that way. When I bought it I got it for this purpose, with a document feeder, so I wouldn't have to do this. But thank you so much for confirming I'm not crazy!

my country Nigeria is not listed on the Touchscreen control panel view thereby make it difficult for me to set it further. What should I do? Does it mean that this product is not meant for us.

What’s the point of the option to copy two-sided? Wouldn’t be the same to just copy one side and then the other using the same paper? What does the option two-sided do?
