Last story: that uncle leaving that company to op tells us how much he really cared about her and how much he cared about that company. He most likely already knew that his wife and kids would most likely sell it after he dies. So naturally he left it to op. That is a family company, lifework of op's uncle and lifework of her grandparents and now it's op's. She really need to get a lawyer. Those people who want's to take it from her, they don't care about her, so i wouldn't call them family.
Story 2: Replace Dan with a woman and suddenly the motivation behind their actions become perfectly clear.

They're dumb, there are a multitude of ways you could pull off what they were going for. One could be emailing your friend a message with your work and then using inspect element, aka html, to change the time and date as well as the email. They just didn't think it through, or this was just my first thought anyway. But none the less I agree with you.
Story 1: I'm honestly surprised those two students weren't kicked out of the class entirely. With both their attitude and absenteeism, they should not have been there. It comes down to "you cant help those that wont help themselves". Also, i do think that the OP should be less accommodating in the future to people like that, or they (and others) will think that you are a pushover. If people are putting in legit effort and are showing up and have personal issues or commitments and do need an extension, then that is totally understandable, but not people like Hannah and Larry. They both deserved their Fs.
Story 2: This Dan guy doesn't seem like much of a good friend here. While i understand that you dont want to be around a person you dont like, but Dan's actions to the OP's bf here are completely unwarranted, especially the road trip. It sounds like he just wanted him to tag along to pay for things. If i were the OP and the bf, i'd be limiting contact with this Dan guy, he doesn't sound like a good friend overall.
Story 3: OP is not a jerk at all. That was clearly not a joke... not in the least. That was 100% a personal attack and the OP had every right to be mad here, i know i would be too. i have a dark and politically incorrect sense of humour too, but thats definitely crossing a line. I know i would've backed out of paying for her dress too, and seems like all she cares about is the money/dress. Screw her, and screw the people that defended the sister.
Story 4: OP isnt a jerk here, but can see why the husband can be. He clearly just wants his niece there, which in a way is fair, but he clearly would be giving her significant preferential treatment over Sarah, which would not be fair at all. It really does sound like a no-win situation.
Story 5: OP isnt a jerk here, but most of the extended family are. They showed absolutely no interest in the watchmaking business, and now they want the money from the business and possibly the sale? Along with whatever the Uncle left them? And they want to contest it? They are just being greedy snobs. Hopefully the OP lawyer's up and counters them as things could get pretty ugly here.

Last Story: OP needs to lawyer up quick and prepare information, documents and statements needed and think the situation carefully. As I've also experience this kind of situation but in a different case, i have a grandpa who my grandma's older brother had this small publisher/printing company who've left the company 100% to me as none of my grandpa's side took interest on it. Oh boy what mess that even though my 2 aunts, 3 uncles and cousins are left with investments, assets and enterprises, they still wanted the that small company given to me. It was messy situation for years and to purse other plans left that company to them. On the present day that side of my family have struggled financially without my grandpa but recently they do have been living a decent life just without the luxuries they are used to.
No you don't have to give anything to your cousins. They never cared about the company to begin with. And what your uncle left you in the will is final.
If only it were that easy.

A really nice artist on RUclips, Scott Christian Sava, explained he was someone who liked to be the smartass and make sassy jokes pointing people's flows. But when he became a father, he decided he needed to do better to be a good father and role figure to his twins. And he made it. Having a dark sense of humor is a choice, if you know you hurt people, you apologized and change.

Several times I had to email assignments to my professors I asked them to please send me a reply email that they got it. Kind of a CMA move. If I didn’t hear back after 4 hours I’d send it again just to be safe. Usually by then the professor would email me back.

Story 4: it's only natural for people to give their resources to blood/ relatives before outsiders, and unfortunately, the husband didn't even have a good relationship with the 1st foster child. So why would he keep putting his resources to ( in his eyes)the disrespectful foster child. She's also legally an adult who can move out anytime.

That is the natural response yes, but when you agree to foster a kid they are now your kid. Blood or not, he is her adoptive parent. So telling her one thing but doing everything for his niece just because they share blood would be picking favorites. Just because it feels “natural” doesn’t mean that it’s the “right” thing to do.

Usually I hate stories about teachers getting revenge on students, because young people tend to be dumb and its just a weird mindset for a grown adult to be vindictive on younger students, but THIS story was AMAZING. Not only were those 2 students adults, but they weren’t respectful and the teacher was amazingly accommodating to them so that was satisfying to see lmao

For Story 1: I did something similar when I was taking Driver’s Ed to the point where I literally had to cram all my homework into the last morning before my final summer school Driver’s Ed Class which surprisingly was rendered Moot my Senior Year of High School when Driver’s Ed was announced as no longer as a required class for graduation. I had a friend taking the same Driver’s Ed Class I was in Summer School who would correct my Driver’s Ed quizzes because he would sit directly behind me in the class.

Dan sees you as competition. I'm female and I had a friend who was a lesbian and in a relationship and she kind of started to treat me like I was her girlfriend. Like getting super mad at me when I didn't answer the phone when she called and she went as far as to say you better answer the phone when I call and I was like excuse me and I promptly told her how I felt!

Dan is in love with OP's boyfriend. Dan knows on some level that the Bf is straight but hope springs eternal. All of these manipulative maneuvers toward the bf are to prove Dan is more important in the bf's life than OP is. OP should put her foot down. She is first, Dan is second and if the bf can't accommodate this then OP should walk. Before she walks she should tell bf she won't be the only gf that Dan is going to run off because Dan will be jealous of any girl that the bf will date or live with. As for Dan treating OP ok at work, Dan is smart enough to know he has to remain professional or he won't have a job. This is NOT FUNNY. You DO NOT makes jokes about these sort of things. To make matters worse was the aunt was laughing about it to. They were laughing as if it was nothing knowing how hurtful this moment is for the sister who had this happen to her. If I was the brother of the sister who made a "joke" about this I would have lost it on her. I would have been pissed and would have had it out with her while shouting.
