Very excellent channel, informative, and i like the structure of your videos, i suggest you get a producer to hold camera for you, and relax in front of the camera. you have a lot to shine through, and i think this channel can be very very successful. I have never seen another like it which gives such detailed and informative overviews of ny neighborhoods. also, in the future, in addition to price, inform about property taxes. in many of these suburban neighborhoods, it makes a big difference. i wish you enormous scuess. fantastic idea you have here. ps. i grew up in ny(bronx), and i dont know many of these neighborhoods you survey. the city is so huge, that a lifetime can be spent in one boro. therefore between the city, long island, nj and connecticut you have material for thousands of videos. just send me a check when you become the next ryan serhart!!

Not going to lie. Rent isn’t cheap in Queens sorry lol. May find somewhat cheaper rent in areas/neighborhoods like Jamaica, Far Rockaway, Elmhurst/East Elmhurst, Corona, Jackson Heights
