The perfection of Voces8 - no single voice ever dominates - precisely clipped consonants - no vibrato - each singer hearing the other seven - no need for a conductor - but intensely rehearsed, and performed.
There really aren't appropriate adjectives in the English language to describe this kind of singing. The perfect pitch, the blending, the diction, the vocal control - does it get better than this? I don't think so. Thank you, Voces 8!!

I applaud your educational ventures, your resident composer program, etc. But wow, it's best of all when you get back to the staples of a capella that we all love so much! Thanks so much for this release.
Brilliantly done, as usual! You guys should consider looking into the repertoire of the British composer John Farmer (1570-1601)...he wrote some amazing madrigals.
As I've said in other comments, you create some of the most sublime vocal chamber music I have ever heard. Having said that, may I make a comment? Your videos in which you sing for memory are superior. It was so wonderful and unusual to listen to singers who don't have that barrier between each other and the audience. When music is memorized the musician knows it more completely than when not.
