The ribbon cable for my screen got pulled apart during this operation and also the sata connector will not stay clipped on!! Why wont it clip back on to what it was connected to before? Its like the data doubler kit doesnt allow it to and is pulling it off towards the data doubler.

Could you plug a SATA Power & Data Cable into the old Super drive and use it as a CD Drive?
