Love the channel guys. I just got a JTE-15 and would love to see a how to disassemble/re-assemble and cleaning video for the JTE-15. Thanks in advance.
I've had my JT-15 for 3 years now. After initial hiccups that may have been my fault (I disassembled & didn't reassemble buffer pin correctly, didn't lube up first range trip) it's been smooth sailing. The like to run "wet". I initially missed having a bolt catch, but kinda got over it. Just keep them lubed & file corner of mag followers, smooth shooting over 4k rounds later.
I have went out shooting mine twice and so far I haven't had the problems discussed here and mine has run flawlessly so far. It would be a real disappointment if I do run into those problems, keeping fingers crossed
had my JT-E 15 for over a year now and 2 thousands rounds in its ran flawless. My only gripe is the trigger guard edges are alittle sharp on bottom and cut into your middle finger and cause quite a bit of discomfort if you guys can round out those edges then it would be perfect and more comfortable. overall im happy!
@@acemacc9199 after putting a few thousand rounds through mine, I see what he means. I found that just wearing some Mechanix gloves works pretty good to ease the discomfort.
The JTE has been rumored to no longer be legal in California based off of the featureless design… can you clear this up for me? I want to buy the JTE - 15 but I also do want to spend all that money just to get it taken away and then I’m out $1,500. Can you please clear this up for me?
@@kylethegamingfile9065 yeah no doubt. They take away your freedoms and people stay. Just don't come to Texas if you all are going to keep voting these idiots in office.
Do you guys sell the kits for ambi bolt release? I bought one of your upper /lower receiver combo a couple of years ago and It set up for ambi controls but I don’t know what kits are compatible with your lower receiver.
Good question. It was confusing me when shooting mine. I believe it is because of the hellfighter kit along with the magazine lock, another step delaying you from reloading quickly. After the last shot, the bolt stays ; At that point the hellfighter Pin will not work and you won't be able to crack open the action, a step needed for you to be able to release Mag. (P.s. after typing comment, I grabbed unloaded rifle with bolt already foward, Having an empty mag in , I can Push pin to crack, and release mag and put mag back in and close. If I first charge handle ,the bolt stays back , the gun does crack open but you cannot release mag with bolt back, you have to release it.) After last shot, you have to push the bolt release button (located on left side of gun, bottom part of button can be used to push it down after you charge handle, that will lock it back , the upper part of same button releases )once released , you will be able to push in the hellfighter pin, push that as it will crack open the action and thus allowing you to release Magazine. Reload a magazine , close the action , Then you charge the handle and it will be ready to shoot again... I wanna say that after putting in a new mag and charging the handle, I had to push the bolt release again, then it would shoot..
@@liquid7315 I figured out that JTE has Hogue Freedom Fighter kit and retains bolt release hardware, the JT 15 does not because the ambi bolt release is where the Hogue kit would bore. The mag lock on a JT 15 is different mechanism that replaces the ping pong paddle and linkage pin. So the ambi br is not operational nor is the paddle on left side.
My bolt doesn’t lock back ? Is there a Piece I’m missing ? Or can I purchase something to make the bolt lock back with the existing juggernaut hellfighter pin ?

My friend had a rought start when he purchase his JTE. It kept jamming and not working properly. Little cleaning and oil worked like a charm. But if you have a double feed, it is a hastle to clear because of the mag lock.
Geo this rifles SUCKS I had a jamming issue and a trigger issue it wouldn’t reset it was pointless taking it to the range the only good thing I got out of this rifle was that it forced me to buy another one and I got a Daniel defense DDM4V7 and it’s my go to never buy a juggernaut
@@devilsdarlings5102 That sucks bro. My friend looks pretty pleased so far with his rifle...🤷 The no reset trigger issues is not that hard to fix. You just need to take the trigger assembly out and ligh sand it. Its a burr on the trigger thats preventing the reset. Daniel Defense is top of the line congrats on your new rifle.
Geo it had a gas issue the trigger wouldn’t reset properly and the pins that hold the whole trigger assembly were always coming out or loose to where the whole trigger would be all out of position and I bought the rifle new it was just a pain I took it to get fixed but I never take it to the range anymore it’s not reliable good for your buddy but if u ask me I would never buy another rifle from them
With some modifications to the maglock, yes you can. I have one on mine. You have to thin out the maglock on the back side so it doesn't run into the ambi bolt release before it's fully depressed.
Pistol grip is indeed CA legal IF the rifle features the new CA compliant mag lock system which is what all non-featureless juggernauts sold in California have. Do some homework
