Yeah new series! Is an early Laissez Faire really a good thing for your game plans? I am saying this because the upper class of the countries in wich you invest should also be able to buy out the buildings you build -> If your own upper class isn't established yet, won't you just build up other countries without much benefit? (This is a question and not a statement because I didn't try this kind of run yet)
I think it fits with the theme, and I’d rather go for the law early since it’ll help the growth of capitalist pops and private construction.

Take note as USA u don't start with all ur states incorporated also btw the best mandates for power blocs are Advanced research, food standardization and freedom of movement
I've found freedom of movement, construction, then either colonisation or research work the best on an external trade bloc, massive massive migration buffs and the construction company is ridiculous, it's like having the infra buff decree on 24/ for free
Advanced research is very overrated, it's the definition of a "win more" principle
@@Arnidal-yt pretty much, I don't think the ahead of time penalty really amounts to an awful lot unless it's one of the first mandates you get and you get it super early game, just having lvl 5 education is pretty good anyway
@@Arnidal-yt U sure about it cuz it also gives the education institution three new bonuses:
+15 Maximum innovation
-5% ahead of time penalty
+5% tech spread and they are all per level modifiers allow for up to +75 Maximum innovation, -25% ahead of time penalty and +25% tech spread
@@MuckyBeef ur r8 on freedom of movement and advanced research but wrong about external trade and construction cuz internal trade gives tariffs and company throughput bonus which is better than all of external trades buffs and food standardization is better than construction cuz it gives a flat +1 standard of living

I’m not sure, but I’m leaning towards no. I think you’d have better luck in getting multiculturalism than forcing the civil war for it.
