Take this in the humor that it was meant… Do you actually think my doctor knows anything about vitamins and went to take them and how ? That is why I’m surfing RUclips… Lol
SLEEP APNEA SUFFERERS: Reducing your sodium intake about 6 hours before bed hkps massively with reducing apnea events and severity. This 100% stopped my apnea. There’s studies on this that got me to try it and man does it work
There’s also a link between low b vitamins and low d vitamins. As we make most of our b vitamins in our gut, low vitamin d can interfere with it’s production. We don’t typically get sufficient b vitamin levels from our diet and it’s our own production that tops this up so low d can cause low b.
It should also be noted that stress often causes gut issues which then leads to malabsorption of food and deficiencies so you might think you’re having a good diet but the body isn’t absorbing the nutrients.
Restoration of your circadian rhythm is also key try the following buy and use blue light blocker glasses every evening ,blue light is a known disrupter of sleep cycle, switching off all emf devices at least an hour before you sleep and wifi during the nighttime.Daily grounding technique is beneficial and or earthing mat.Mouth taping also can reduce apnea and can help. REM sleep ,reading before bedtime helps to use the non stimulation side of the brain for good pre sleep relaxation.adding magnesium 500mg capsule before bed is helpful .Daily VITAMIN ROUTINE AS FOLLOWS 1000MG VIT C 2-3 TIMES DAILY 5000IUS OF VIT D3/200MCG K2,ZINC/SELENIUM/B-COMPLEX AND B1 THIAMINE 🙏🏼🙏🏼❤️
@td2636 I 2nd your comment on the vitamin supplements and grounding . I hope women in menopause sees this and try the combination. Blessings to you all 🙏🏼🥰
I noticed that you said fortified foods. That typically means it’s been sprayed with the synthetic vitamin folic acid which about 40% of the population cannot break down properly. I would suggest you do some research on that as well. Thank you so much
Go to your dr and ask them about supplements? This is just a formality and a legal disclaimer. There are only a few Dr that know anything about proper supplementation for sleep most of general practitioners MD. This is good info and I encourage everyone to study this out more it is seriously important to your health. Also check out Dr Stasha Gorminik
A little story, a student has been having insomnia for a couple of days. He decides he wants to get some monster energy drinks because he can't sleep anyways so he might aswell get some energy drinks and stay up and study and play video games, that day he slept better than ever. And that's how he found out he was deficient in vitamin B, Monster Energy had B6, B12, B2 and B3 vitamins all higher than the recommended daily dose between 161-400% for each.
1st timer to your videos ... I really appreciate your breakdown of these 5 vitamins and how they affect our body functions and contribute to quality living with healthy fixes ... BUT NOT MORE MEDS. !!!
How does this differ from what Dr Stasha Gorminak says she’s says D3+k2 with b complex 50, and some magnesium. But she also says stop the b complex after 3 months because it fixes the gut biome and after 3 months you can get too much b 5. After the 3 months do we bot need b vitamins.? The b complex 50 is all eight b vitamins 50 mg of each for those who don’t know. There needs to be clarity in the doses and durations.
Hello Dr, what if vitamins aren’t letting you fall asleep? I know this person that is taking vitamins 3x daily. And she’s only getting two or 4rh of sleep. Is that something to be worried about? Or not?
Where can we get answers our question as in: how often do we take these vitamins or food a day. And what time of day to take if in pill? Don’t see this on your website. Thanks
To get specific you will want to go to your doctor and get these all tested. Once you know your deficiencies, your doctor should be able to help you with dosages, and timing. Dr. B
Have anything changed since the head injury? Like diet, exercise, getting sunlight? Sometimes thinking back on what has changed since you can find a good idea of what it can be, some have a bad diet or dont eat often and don't take multi vitamins, and find themselves having a hard time sleeping.
@@Juuk-D diet, and exercise for sure, sunlight, quite probably. I used to cook my own food and now not. I used to work out at least every other day. Usually daily though. Now I'm so physically dilapidated that I can say I haven't seen a health club in possibly half a decade. I now am a 40+ man that has weak legs. Going up and down the stairs counts as exercise now!
How do we get pyridoxamine B6 again? It was taken off the market when it was found to help carpal tunnel syndrome so well instead of using surgery and drugs. Maybe it is the B6 I need instead of P5P or pyridoxal HCl. Thank you.

What about vitamin B1?

How about magnesium? It should be 13:40 very important connected to sleeping.

How appropriate for me to find this at 4 a.m. Too bad I'm not asleep right now. My sleep has been VERY goofy since my head injury (TBI).
You might look into B1 thiamine for head injury recovery.

If its not syntetich then b6 is not dangerous.
Do your findings on Vitamin D include D3?
