RIGHT!!!??? That is probably the most important selling point to this that i should've said in this video. you're completely dead on, collectors will have that anime connection and want to buy more meta relevant cards. with the chronicles, they have another outlet to promote cards.
@ for sure man. A good anime base sets the foundation for so many of todays popular tcgs. We haven’t seen a new yugioh anime for a few years now. This is such an easy way to push current and meta relevant cards. DM era stuff is always popular but that generation is pushing on now too. They need a new approach and I think if done right this could work very well.
Can’t wait for this. Definitely would make me more interested in dueling with decks I’m not familiar with. Hopefully we get a jinzo or ancient gear archetype story as well
@@majidjamialahmadi8303 absolutely, 💯 there is now a new connection through this anime to the newer cards now. People already are saying this is getting them back into the franchise. And that would be insane! AncientGear and JINZO and older archetypes would really surprise me. Anything is possible though so we might see it! Very good stuff.thanks for commenting bro
@ I’m barely familiar with super quantums but I’m open for all the archetypes atleast having a short appearance if they don’t give them a full blown episode or arc or however they structure the show.
oh I'm so excited for a lore series. I told my friends about this for years and they all doubted the possibility and now we have momentum. Still hoping it pans out on a streaming service. You might need to get a voice acting gig for the series.. you got a good voice!
@@soltoasty7713 Yeah there’s no way Konami is gonna let this thing just die away, one and done. I and am sure many others have faith in the future for this project. And thank you for the compliment 😅 hope one day I can try it out professionally if the opportunity comes.
An anthology series of one episode centered around each archetype and having them eventually connect with each other is the way to go imo, kind of like Marvel's what if. They really have something special here, it would be foolish of Konami not to capitalize on this
@@mr.magpie2 i like that idea! One episode each and then coming back would be dope. I put no rules on this thing, so I’m open to a lot of ideas. Appreciate your suggestion and idea thanks for commenting.🎴💯✅
Yugioh is arleady dead. It failed to appease current generation and has nothing to offer for new generations. A card game NEEDS something for older guys (nostalgia) and kids, pretty much. Card game wise, Yugioh has failed to make anything that would appeal to kids or younger guys while the remaining players often voice their disslike. This will lead to Yugioh slowly bleeding players and falling out of ''top 3''. Beaten by ONEpiece or something else as every other card game has SOMETHING to appeal to new generation of players. Only exception is magic but its a card game with vastly different core than Yugi so its not that fair to compare.
@@ekans4555 you fail to understand how big yugioh anime actually is. The card game has always been a bonus aspect. Whether or not the card game continues to PRETEND to be for kids and teens. I think at this point Konami has accepted that it’ll mostly be college guys and only a few younger kids who will keep the game alive. And I understand your bias because one peice is doing so well but don’t let blind you to the reality that this franchise “yugioh” will be milked for 100 years before they let it die off. Every franchise that makes over a billion dollars has a CORE audience that keep it alive. There’s tons of changes the American and European branches of Konami that need changing. But that’s not the original origin place of yugioh. It’s Japan, and Japan makes sure yugioh stays sitting pretty my guy. I understand your negativity tho, the passion is there. I can dig it
@ one peice has one story line, yugioh has several story lines and spinoffs with dedicated fan base and we still revisit the Classic series with movies and newer material so you can continue being negative about yugioh but your dead wrong and nothing you say can convince me otherwise. Enjoy your one peice guy

If they do this well there is a huge potential to draw in a lot more collectors into picking up the relevant cards

If the Super Quantums get more support, they could get an archetype story.
