I REALLY LIKE this phone, but im probably going to take my talents to the Xperia XZ Pro when they release it in a month or so. Snapdragon 845 devices are set to enable 4K HDR 60FPS video recording and the XZ Pro is rumored to sport a 4K OLED display. Hopefully they can increase resolution on the 900+fps super slow mode (1080p) that way I can really take advantage of some sports replay action when I go to the Spurs games.
my only problem is water proofing.. i am using a z5 premium still its battery has always been a problem but the waterproofing in it is fantastic and 4k screen. so am thinking should i swap bigger screen more battery life and no water proofing

Impressive but I'm sure the XZ PRO will be even more so. I dunno why all the reviews are saying it is a giant phone or a 'beast'. I just got this today and there is nothing surprising or WOW! about it thats so big. Before buying this phone i was using the Xperia XA1 Plus (5.5 inch display) so for me the ultra is a just slightly bigger not very much at all. I guess those that have used more smaller phones than 5.0 inches or less will find the ultra huge/massive.
I think the XA2 ultra and the nornal XA2 are the best midrange devices available. I dont count the galaxy a8 as a midrange as it costs way more than the XA2, but even so, its not better than the XA2.

This phone is great I have it but I ll be returning it cause I assumed it had remote play but xz premium has this. This phone screen is very beautiful I can vouch for that and fingerprint works on back really well. If remote play doesn't matter this phone is pretty awesome and quick battery life is awesome.
Depeds on your usage i used an s7e for only 3 months and the battery already degraded to a point it was not even good enough to get me through a normal day when i wasn't working. I use a z3+ now. I'm going to wait for this xa2u to upgrade again. Also before the s7e i had the z5c and even after 2yrs the battery still perfomed ok enough to get me through a day when i wasn't working. But it died on me because it wasn't waterproof anymore. I dropped it like a 100 times and the last one was from my ear (I'm a little bit taller than 2m) on concrete so i rinsed it thoroughly. After an hour i checked it again and their was a puddle of water around it -_-

Selfies looked sharper to me compared to an iPhone. Even for low light it will beat iPhone because of the low light sensor and front led flash also does a great job. The sample you showed looks fake because I've been using Sony for 4 years. I have used C5 Ultra and currently Using XA1 Ultra. Images don't look that blown out as you showed. In fact, the exposure is perfect and whole scene is illuminated beautifully.
I was wondering for a while, I always used to notice that the are Sofia number plates on the cars and the "оръжеен магазин" that you always do night shots on. So if your Central Office is located in Sofia why don't you make Bulgarian videos too. You'll have even more audience.

is im d only one notice that the rear cam 23MP is to noisy. especially during low light conditions. not sharper than the XA ultra.i mean the quality is not so 23MP like they said.. its more like 16MP quality. any xa2 ultra owner got d same issue? maybe only me have that kind of issue.

Most smartphone companies are copycats, Sony doesn't (screen, bezel) thus unique and recognizable style. Keep up coming with those great video's!
@j1mo492 Depends on the chip. A high end Mediatek will be cheaper than a Snapdragon. Especially if you don't care about gaming (and there's a good chance for that if your buying in this price class), a Mediatek-phone offers beter bang for buck, power wise.

The newest update of the Xperia Home can now swipe up to show apps. And we should definitely wait for updates for improved image quality.

Barathkumar BB dialer is from Sony. It is same , just new icon since android 6. The SMS app is now from Google.
