Not going to brag, but I finally have been in a position to buy my first GMT Master 1675. I got it for Father's Day this year and it's from my year of birth 1972. I feel like I finally have "Arrived" professionally and I decided to treat myself with a very expensive watch. I grew up very poor and after finally being able to go to college in my 40's and land an amazing job in I.T., I feel like I deserved it. Kudos on the video!

Quite a few people who wear Breitling watches are pilots, both military and civilian, and they use them. The ones who are not pilots mostly buy the watches because they like the style, at least in my experience being on the other side of the counter selling them the watch. I would also add that precious few Breitling watches end up in a safe unused, they are worn daily. Breitling customers are very cool individuals.
My collection consists of half a dozen Seiko/Grand Seiko, a couple of Christopher Wards and Tudors, and a GShock. That pretty much covers all bases. Keep up the great videos and keep well :-)

all my family wears omega,my wife has white gold constellation,my sister aqua terra with sedna gold, i have seamaster300 pro sedna gold rubber strap blk dial from 2022 and planet ocean 2023 just got it brown ceramics with sedna gold 39mm. all at the omega store never gray market. we went omega because it was closer store to our house and better service than other watch companies around us here in Chicago illinois USA. all watch companies are beautiful in there own way but wat we loved in the store of omega was always in stock no wait list and no killing of your wallet like other brands with hyped prices.

As a Breitling Navitimer owner, I can identify with the description here, except I am a pilot with my own plane, and bomber jackets have always been cool, so it's impossible have liked them or have had one before the were cool. The motorcycle part was hilarious and yes I am content, and in its own little way, the Navi enhances that contentment. I could never really figure out why I was never interested in Rolex when we all know how "superior" Rolex is to Breitling. I guess now I know. Great video, made me for me smile.

The current one is a Bertucci low end field watch. What does it say about me? In the 1970s, I walked in to Afghanistan from Iran, had my 31st birthday and left Afghanistan via the Khyber Pass. The other favorite watch worn on formal occasions is a Bulova corporate watch that cost less than $100. I always wanted to become a businessman when I was very young. Family birthday party at a restaurant earlier this year. 4 other family members attending. They all wore Rolex. I wore a used, discontinued and restored Wenger military field watch. Many decades ago, a respected academic told me that I could be a millionaire or live a life of adventure and I would chose adventure. He was correct. But I got both.
This is excellent. I’m having a bit of a crisis of personality, though, as I rotate day by day between Tudor, omega, g shock, seiko, citizen, timex, etc, etc. I hope I never lose the ability to love a 50 dollar watch as much as I love a 10 thousand dollar one.
