Because i takes too long to apply All bleeds and enemys wont live long enough. In some dungeons or some weeks crimson tempest is usefull.
It depends on grp also, if you have 2 other dds which will Do heavy damage crimson tempest wont last long :/.
I like to play with crimson, but sometimes its just not useful :(
