Thank you for your kind words, Emilie 💖 In the hooping studio you find all my courses and classes and they are organised into courses so you can progress. They start off with the basics and you get pushed a tiny bit more each time to get a little more flexible, stronger, fitter, more coordinated. I think randomly doing classes is great for maintaining fitness and skills but for learning and improving it's good to follow the courses. It's very satisfying when you have a sense of achievement each time and you notice improvements. The poi sessions I am uploading from this week onwards. It's been taking me a bit longer due to technical issues and I meant to do them sooner but they start being uploaded this week. In the studio it's huge variety, it's enough for a lifetime 🤣

It's long, nearly half an hour but you don't have to do it all in one go if you're busy. That's why all the content is in sections, I was asked to create shorter workouts for busy people and this way there's sections of different durations so you do what you can and if you cannot complete it one day, it's OK, there's always another day 🧡
😢😢Please help i dont understand..i wont give up, but i can not keep the hoop going for more then 3 circlesi love to watch hula hoopers.. i try and try and can not get the hoop to spin u xan not keep it up please im.begging for help
