I ordered a mini display port to display adapter that is coming in mail today. It should allow me to run this graphics card at it's max 2k resolution on my 4k monitor. This is the graphics card I currently have inside my i5 4670k backup gaming pc. I play games such as gta v. I will have to tweak graphics to get it to run well at 2k resolution most likely but it should be a fun test for me. My main gaming pc has a rx 5500 xt 4gb, ryzen 7 3700x, and 16 gigs of ddr4 ram. I game at 4k with that pc but that pc has to also have the graphics tweaked very high etc to get it to work good. Good to me is anything above 30fps. I do want to upgrade my graphics card but currently real 4k cards are super expensive if I want to game at 4k msa x8. So right now I'll settle for AA x16 on over MSA. I seen a video on Nvidia's latest gpu and in some titles that struggles to hit 60fps with everything maxed out at 4k. Apparently we still have a couple more years till we can have a legit affordable 4k card? Who is going to pay 2 grand for a 4k card and I believe that gpu uses a ridiculous amount of watts.

this was my gpu for my first pc. got it for 50 bucks back in 2015. extremely happy to see it can still play modern titles i was always surprised how capable it was.

yup.... got it today for €7.50, installed fortnite, and it works suprisingly well. :) I'm tinking about the biosflash to a hd6970.

Had it from 2011 to 2018. Only Mordor and Crysis 3 made it suffer in fullhd max graphics.
I've just recently built my own gaming pc and bought a power color 6950 but it won't display. I don't if its to do with drivers because when. I try to get them it won't install it. if anyone knows how to do it please tell me.

Is this performing as well in ff7 remake?
You have to use an unofficial patch to get this graphics card to work with ff7 remake since ff7 remake is direct x12 only. With the patch it allows cards that support direct x 11 to run the game.
Can I play smooth like this with i7 4800MQ & Quadro K4100M and 8GB RAM?
Yes. More or less. Depends of Lot of aspects. Thermal throttling system bloatware issues. When is the last thermal paste/grease changed. Is the laptop getting enough air.
Etc etc.
In perfect conditions it will perform this smooth

when i try play nfs heat with this card it wont even boot, ame problem with 2015 and payback
