Bruno most definitely plays as the left 8 not as the right. In fact look at Fred's 2 assists for Mctominay and Elanga, both from the right 8 role. Heat maps for Bruno show he's been all over the left you silly sausages.
He should stay long-term. Only City got more points since he's in charge. And you can slowly see the progress. First he said Utd need to conveive less goals. Accomplished. And now u more and more can see his game plan. It takes time. Give him a transfer window and a pre season, you'll see the identity and difference.

I think the idea of him developing the players was in an indirect way, his elite mentality is second to none and it shows in the way he trains, the way he conducts himself. If United’s youth were to shadow him without him having to put any effort into them, they stand to gain a lot and there’s no harm in doing so
@@steinstolper Yeah, that’s the only thing that’s made me clench my teeth at times, I guess you can justify it by saying he got to where he is being that way sometimes but still, you know

Someone surely.. by now.. surely.. has to be officially held accountable for all those signings. Not one player has been bought properly. All been a fluke. Ultimately.. forget tactics - its the players who play.
so this guy is just going to completely defend Ole or what? I know context matters but Ole had this team unorganized and heading for mid to bottome table. at least under Ralf we have structure, confidence is piling up and we are organized most of the time.
We are just a massive muddle of a side and I think maybe if things go to plan with Ralf, then maybe we might start to have a better structure. Ole's time at United was basically him extracting the maximum (at least imo) out of a talented but fairly incoherent bunch of players, before as usual United bought players seemingly with little plan besides them being good players and thus working together, which unsurprisingly didn't work. The club does need some sort of plan in place for what it wants to do, and however they want to be in the future they do need to have a better off-field structure. Hopefully Ralf would be listened to, but I suspect Adam is right about it mostly coming down to results. League position-wise honestly if we hadn't signed Ronaldo I don't think Ole would be sacked at this stage, for better or for worse. We wouldn't be much better than last year, just probably worse off in league position at this stage than we were last year because Chelsea and Liverpool are much better. I don't doubt Ronaldo's commitment to the club or anything like that, but it has created a scenario where a team that was good as a collective of decent to very good players (plus one superstar in Bruno) is now an incoherent mish-mash of very exciting attacking players who all have reasonable claims to start, alongside a midfield and defence that is limited in certain ways. Just hopefully we come out of this period with a much clearer idea of what the club wants to be, apart from a commercial giant.
Exactly, I really don’t agree with people sticking their head in the sand about Ronaldo. A lot seem to be denying the problems that his way of playing has brought to the squad which was undeniably a more cohesive unit last season. I’m not blaming Ronaldo and he is not the singlar problem United are facing.
From a man management perspective he's actually been pretty good considering what a fetid swamp that club is. He's refreshingly blunt and seems like he genuinely doesn't care about the club which is great.
@@hafsaz4513 Yeah he doesn't care about them, his body language is that of an agency temp who doesn't have to be nice to anyone because his contract ends soon anyway. Good for him.
Ralf reminds me a lot with Bielsa. Both are hardcore pressers, both are highly rated by great managers in world football today (Pep, Klopp, Tuchel, Pochettino), and oddly enough both are not as successful as we might think. I can't wait to see Man. United vs Leeds in the upcoming game.
for Ronaldo, it's hard to see him making a touch and finish as clean as his first goal at this point in the season. I mean he's 36, I think one match and then having him in almost every match since with prem intensity has done his legs in just enough to put him off it.
As a City fan, I'm very interested in United's development as a team since SAF's retirement. While there has been amazing derby games since then, the last few years haven't felt the same with United struggling as they are.
loved the winger stats comp. id love to see a lineup with Elanga and Sancho on the wings and give Mason or Marcus run at the 9. important to have options outside of the CR7 dilemma
The main problem Ralf has to solve now is that dreadful midfield. And considering it's 3 days before the window ends, there's no sign of United signing a new midfielder which is worrying. Ralf cannot work with a midfield of McFred and Matic for the next months if he wants to make top 4. Donny is not favored and the squad just simply don't have any quality in that area.
I like ralf, I think he's a great couch but what frustrates me Is that he isn't as strict as people said he is. Bruno most definitely plays as the left 8 not as the right. In fact look at Fred's 2 assists for Mctominay and Elanga, both from the right 8 role.
Heat maps for Bruno show he's been all over the left you silly sausages.
Video released before the Greenwood affair…is it’s going a damn sight worse now than it was last week…
Came for Man Utd content. Stayed for the chat. Thank you for this very fun video, lads.
We got Carl. Great to see him
I think that Mason Greenwood's next destination will be at 1 Southall St rather than Old Trafford.
Hasenhüttl is my favourite non-LFC entity in the game. I love his coaching, love the way his teams play.
Some people get things done, others dont. Ralf is CLEARLY the effecient kind: dont patronize.
That was an incredible video, amazing guests! Carl is great but Adam is terrific at narrative creation
He should stay long-term.
Only City got more points since he's in charge. And you can slowly see the progress. First he said Utd need to conveive less goals. Accomplished. And now u more and more can see his game plan. It takes time. Give him a transfer window and a pre season, you'll see the identity and difference.
nope. We all know what happened with Ole, won his first 10 games, beat PSG and got the job and we all know how that ended. Sure United have won games but his strength helping the structure of clubs not managing long-term. He should go straight to the board and help the new manager.
I like ralf, I think he's a great couch but what frustrates me Is that he isn't as strict as people said he is. He spread his cheeks for the board and keeps playing the same horrible midfield, he did improve us a little bit defensively but we keep squeezing out wins and his favorite word control isn't there.
I genuinely think he's trying to impress the board and get the full time job and that's why he keeps playing the same bad midfield and maguire, if he fails to see vdb Is light years better than mcfrshit then I don't want him to be permanent he didn't do any major change.
@@Elricsedric He has done absolutely nothing specifically for the board, what on Earth are you referring to? As for the Donny cries, please shut up about that already. Three different managers have decided that he isn't good enough to start ahead of the players in his actual position, that's not a coincidence. He is not fit to play the role that McFred play in the team. Makes the occasional intelligent/nice run, but aside from that his passing, tackling, dribbling, shooting, physicality, fitness, mentality are all totally ordinary.
@@PpTheGreatest he has done specific things for the board literally still playing mcfred when he himself said that we lose the midfield so if u lose it why can't u just change it? He hasn't made any major change and literally barely squeezing wins he's trying to impress them by playing the ones they like.
And on donny how the hell isn't he good enough so basically mcfrshit is good enough? How can u say he isn't good enough while not playing him. Ole doesn't know any better and ralf literally has the same Ole couchs with the same influence.
And man what u just said, literally can't be any dumber u basically said he does everything well and still not playing, have u even even seen him play hes a genius even in the minimal mins he played he did really well.
It's like you're deliberately acting dumb. "he's not fit to play the role of mcfred" dumbest statement I've heard Ina while.
he's by far our best midfielder.
@@Elricsedric Jesus Christ. You're beyond help 😭 I can't see a single reasonable point in that entire poorly written block of drivel...
Apparently the board "like" McFred...? Apparently I said that "Mcfrshit" (??????????) are good enough...? Ralf is trying to impress the board by... not winning convincingly? Ralf is working with all of Ole's coaches when Mckenna, Carrick and Ole himself are all gone and Phelan is taking a back seat...? Donny is a "genius"...????? In the few minutes he's played, he's played well?????? The last game he started, he literally played the pass that stopped us from winning the game, from McFred's position of all places!
You don't speak football, you speak brainwashed twitter nonsense.
Good chat, well structured, Ralf would give you good marks for it :-)
Lovely Aran sweater on Carl
fantastic video, thanks for putting this together
I literally thought in my head 'wtf does esoteric mean' when he said that, so thank you to the editor who put in the definition there :)
I do enjoy watching this kind of format. It is way better, if some people in other ways involved in production stay away from the camera or microphone.
One of the best Tifo IRL videos, shoulda let it rip with Joe devine too but still an all timer for sure
Great. Yet another Tifo crush. Thanks Carl
I think the idea of him developing the players was in an indirect way, his elite mentality is second to none and it shows in the way he trains, the way he conducts himself. If United’s youth were to shadow him without him having to put any effort into them, they stand to gain a lot and there’s no harm in doing so
but there were many displays this season where CR7 conducted himself not very well! i think it backfired
@@steinstolper Yeah, that’s the only thing that’s made me clench my teeth at times, I guess you can justify it by saying he got to where he is being that way sometimes but still, you know
@@steinstolper While Ronaldo didn't conduct himself well, Rangnick showed that he's the boss especially with how he clutched his hand while explaining the substitution during the game. Ole's buddy mentality would only encourage such petulance.
Great to see Carl Anka back in the game
It's definitely far too simplistic to say that United's problems are down to a single individual, whether it's Ronaldo being not fit enough for pressing, Varane being injured, or Ole. There's something holistically wrong at United, and has been since Ferguson left.
It can't be fixed by just swapping manager every few years, or spending 100£mil on a couple famous players every summer, even if it means United luck themselves into the Champions League every ow and again. They need a complete behind the scenes overhaul, and hopefully Ragnick is the beginning of that in the summer, and not the end
Someone surely.. by now.. surely.. has to be officially held accountable for all those signings.
Not one player has been bought properly. All been a fluke. Ultimately.. forget tactics - its the players who play.
don't know how anyone can say it's working when we haven't signed anyone, badly needed a midfielder this window and once again we get nothing
Agreed, but that’s not on Rangnick. He can only work with the players he has and when looking at midfield he doesn’t have much.
Great content guys! Cheers!
Adam Crafton and Carl Anka LETSSS GOOOO
so this guy is just going to completely defend Ole or what?
Genuinely doesn't care?
@@hafsaz4513 Yeah he doesn't care about them, his body language is that of an agency temp who doesn't have to be nice to anyone because his contract ends soon anyway. Good for him.
People forget that Rangnick took Shalke to the Semi final of the UCL
Ralf reminds me a lot with Bielsa. Both are hardcore pressers, both are highly rated by great managers in world football today (Pep, Klopp, Tuchel, Pochettino), and oddly enough both are not as successful as we might think. I can't wait to see Man. United vs Leeds in the upcoming game.
I like the comparison that u brought out
for Ronaldo, it's hard to see him making a touch and finish as clean as his first goal at this point in the season.
I don’t ever wanna see Marcus Rashford as a number 9 again in my life.
@@nashequalizer8836 true lol
This was fantastic. These gents are great!

Best channel on RUclips i love you guys
Relly like this long breakdown more time, makes the breakdown more ditaild witch makes it alot more interesting (Btv not man u fan)
I hope we don't miss out getting Erik ten Hag like we lost Pep Guardiola to City.
Pep.was never going to United mate you didn’t “lose him”
I'd say we missed out more on Klopp
@@IchBinDeinGott Can't blame him tbh. He was definitely proven right.
@@ayo2064 most definitely
CARL ANKA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BACK BABY
Please look at Chelsea next, interested to see how we can get the best of our attacking players.
I don’t get the whole 2 year consultancy agreement. Is he going to consult the future coach based on his own coaching approach? What’s the point
0:50 Really glad to see Ross Geller stepping into the football scene with an English accent besides pursuing his Paleontology career.
He's got really skinny since.
Carl with the polo neck drip
I had a great time as well.
Good video. thank you.
