Thank you for commenting about the women bc as a Liberian, no hate but I really think we have some of these most amazing women in Africa. I’ve been around women from almost all parts of Africa, they’re beautiful too but there’s something I love about Liberian women. I see all older Liberian women as my mother bc they’re so embracing

Liberia is the best country I have ever lived. I was there during the Tubman administration. Liberia was little America, the people were very friendly, I lived in Liberia for 10 good years.

A big problem with Liberia is that too often Monrovia is identified with Liberia. There's so much more to Liberia than Monrovia

I lived and taught in Liberia for two years; it was a unique experience despite some of the pitfalls that I expected. In all things pertaining to life, one has to
Adjust and adapt. Nothing is permanent, but change, and that applies to Liberia.

I am a American Liberian , bro you are very accurate about your founding about Liberia. When it
comes to the likes and dislikes about LIBERIA are: corruptions everywhere, in the Government
public and private sectors and number two, the land issues is getting out of hands. The new elected Government needs to do something about these issues. We love our country and we will want to come back home. There is No place like home. Thanks to you brother.

Life is very tough here, people of Liberia have a big heart believe me as a foreigner I have made good friends, brothers etc. Believe me I have friends in low and high places. The country lack development however there are abandance opportunities, just we need to support investors and bring change.

This is a fabulous presentation. Good faith praise and criticism in balance is a good thing. One thing I *love* from this sample is the value placed on personal freedom. On the critical side I can certainly identify with the hate of system politics. ...So I am old, and when the wars were ongoing the US did get news of it, so people of my generation in the US that made a point of being informed knew what was going on. ... Fast forward a couple of decades and not much news is presented about Liberia. That in a way is a good thing as there is relative peace, but because of this I have had an ongoing assumption about how it might be over there. My assumptions were incorrect. I have recently became aware through RUclips channels such as yours and others *just how much progress has been made*. I understand the one gentleman's POV that it isn't fast enough. This is healthy and needed to keep driving forward. I cannot convey how extremely proud I am of the Liberian people. I am thankful that RUclips allows an old man to become informed and readjust my assumptions. I'll leave with a personal aside; when I now see your country's flag, I experience an emotional response of sorts, and I will continue to be onside with Liberia and its people.

As a Nigerian living in Liberia for almost 2years now I can say Liberians are some of the amazingly friendly and accomodating people you will meet.
The Land is so much blessed I wish Liberians farm more to provide for themselves.
As someone living is Sinkor, I may differ in opinion on the rent, I think rent in Liberia is way more expensive compared to Nigeria. 😂

Every problem has a primary, secondary reason and so on. Liberia primary reason of difficulties is tribalism, if every Liberian can fix this within themselves and pass on to their kids, next generations to be specific then Liberia will be a Great Nation. Everry other problem is secondary and the primary has to be fix before the secondary can be solve.
    PEACE ✌️ BEOTHERS AND SISTERS.

Liberia is an awesome place. The challenges are actually predictable and funny. It's a very free spirited place and show the people friendship and they will be intensely loyal and appreciative. Ghana is British-stuffy and Babylon Jr. Never forget what Liberians have gone through, basically a national PTSD, so take it easy, be gentle, and encourage the future.

Brother, I really, really like this pod cast program you produced ! Thank you very much ! I myself am a Liberian born, now living abroad and will be coming back home to Liberia. I am very aware about the problems of the Country. Particularly for me, I am very concern about the electricity issue. I am sure, since I grew up in Monrovia and few other Counties, I can just about handle anything I might face, good or bad but the light issue I think I may find very troubling for me for so many reasons. Even if I get a generator for my place, I still fear how LEC will perform because I won't be able to run the generator all day and all night but I guess I will see. That's my very main concern. I have potential to bring some help to the young people through certain programs I hope to establish but the light issue is a big concern for me. Again, Thank you for your show.

God blessed Africa with the beautiful seasons, why in God's name are we not growing our most stable food? The government has got to invest in agriculture to provide her citizens food. Now, there are farmers in the country, however, they don't grow enough to sell it's mostly to feed their families. Now based on the info from this video, transportation and road work are handling the progression of travel to the country. Knowing that, the country will have people from other countries to come and invest and travel to improve the economy. I am a Liberian and it's no where like home, but, in my opinion, security is of the utmost importance to me. God bless Africa and keep evils away from our countries.

Yes u should interview more people including women and children. People in power should stop using their position to harassed and intimidate no government people. It makes everyone want to go into politics for revenge.
Liberians need to go back to farming and stop looking to the government for everything. Not everyone has to do business or live in the city to make it in this life. Government should invest more into farming and producing our own food.

You could've said a person will park their car, whether it's taxi, trucks, or buss in the middle of the road without second thought. My brother, let us love each other and stop tribalism. Oh, let me add something, I am really enjoying this. Liberians use their beaches as toilet. I thought only cats use sand to toilet but Liberians have proven me wrong. You should talk about what is wrong with Liberia?

I was born in Liberia to Filipino parents. We left when I was 4 years old due to the civil war, and never been back since. I hope to see the country again.
