Trucking Gravel train stuck Tight quarters, someone parked in front of my pup

That long wheelbase on your tractor gives a nice ride and all, but it's a hindrance when there's a bunch of obsticals. I drove for C&M sand and gravel out of New Hudson back in the 80s and '90s. The worst in tight space that I drove was an 87 Ford LTL pulling a train. Nice big hood to look down but it had a terrible turning radius. The best manuvering was the last truck I drove there before moving south to get away fron snow and salt was a '94 357 Pete pulling an aluminum box Fruehauf train. It had the setback front axle (no sleeper). It was short but with the air suspension, it rode nice, It was light for a train and could turn nice and tight. It's been well over 20 years since I drove it so I don't remember the weight. I do remember it was a good 1500 pounds lighter than the Ford. I enjoy your videos, brings back memories!

You really don't want to follow tracks especially in sand. Cause it's loose and will spin faster. You look for more packed in tight spots for traction.

He didn't want to sit right on the tracks, just to get a rough idea of his required turning circle. I drive double tippers for work
