  • Unloading gravel from a wagon dump trailer.
Watch my friend Mike show us how it's done! Watch as we see a road repair construction site, and Mike turn and back his truck and gravel wagon around and unload it. Cats, hoes, trucks, dirt piles, and everything a little boy ( and many of us older ones) loves to see!
PS. If you are a lottery winner looking to hire a personal gravel truck driver for 250k/yr he might be interested! lol.

That wagon was amazing, turn on a dime!! Takes alot of horses to push that dirt pile like that too lol. Love it, thanks!! As I watch I feel like a kid playing with my toy trucks and tractors!!

I feel the same way watching them in real life and again on video. My tiny grandson video called me "to thank grandpa for video of the funny back hoes."

Awesome stuff man. Thanks for sharing.
We don't have those types of trucks out east here. Bridge formulas and Max weights are different.

You bet! That why I always love seeing big loads & such. Like the tri axle log trucks with tridem bridge and tridem pups. Winter weights can be crazy. I think they are up around 100 thousand kgs. truck & logs. Whereas this truck & wagon is legal for something like 34000 of gravel. truck weighs about 12 & wagon I'm not sure I think about12000 kg. my tri axle pup weighs about 5400kg empty.

That's funny. Recorded it in September. Hopefully we'll get some good weather this year. Currently we're experiencing the old adage about March "in like a lion and out like a lamb, or the other way around" - and it came like a lamb...
I've got about 30 videos of various lengths and complexity of editing that are waiting to be turned into videos to share. I don't know if I'll ever catch up because there's always something else to capture, which is a good thing!

Nice was goina say kinda like backing up hay wagon with truck. but with that long pole he can back trailor around and check his tail lights.. pretty neat. What class u need for that outfit A ?

Just a class 1 like pulling anything else with air brakes and trailer combination. I can back one up, but not like that. You are right though, same as a hay wagon, but a nice long hitch sure helps. Same thing as backing up a super b trailer set until it gets to the unloading game. Crazy how they can jack-knife around like that hey?
