Congrats on defeating this run here. Holy smokes those were some twists and turns. But in the end you reign victorious. Also Glen being the goat at the end. Nice.
I love that Dedenne gets so much viability in this run so many mons get underused or underrated and its so cool to see them offer something solid to a team
Been binging your channel for a bit now and I am really enjoying the videos. Your style of commentary is very engaging, and it definitely keeps me interested throughout even some of your longer runs. I'm not entirely sure if this is your main focus for content, or if you spend more time on stream, but my only real advice is to just watch through these after you've edited them, and cut out any of those awkward repetitions or fumbles in your narration. I am ONLY bothering to even point this out because I truly think you have some very incredible potential here, and if you have the time it would really make things feel a lot more "professional"? I don't know if that's the right way to phrase that, but seriously you do have something special here, and just a tad bit more editing could really push these videos up to an incredible level. Don't know if this has been pointed out before, and seriously all love here man
I really appreciate the feedback. I am not a good editor, lol. I’ve always said that if this is ever a real job that’s the first thing I’m getting help with. I try to do a lot of the commentary in real time to save time, and because I find the more “improv” stuff funnier than me writing a 40 page script. I’ve been getting better with listening to parts of the video back but it is still a weak spot for me. Thanks for still sticking with it! I’ll try to continue to improve and hopefully pick up some steam.
@@theuncommonsoap No worries man every skill takes time to learn and these are always a good watch regardless :), and also the fact that you improv these with no script is super impressive to me!
I really want to enjoy your content, as it’s clear how much time and effort you put into it, and how much you love Pokemon. But the awkward pauses, word stumbles, and repeating yourself detract from the quality a lot for me. I think if you worked on your editing it would take your videos from good to great. Hope I haven’t offended you and looking forward to see you continue making videos and evolving!
No offense taken. I’m bad at editing! And the joke parts of the video are usually funnier if I improv them so I don’t write scripts anymore for that specific reason. If I ever get big enough for this to be like a real job. Editor 100%. But until then I’ll keep trying to get better.
@rmrmadk1wi441 nobody is going to watch a nuzlocke video with dozens of restarts. It would end up being way too long or having tons of footage cut and being inconsistent.

Glen was THE dude.
@@theuncommonsoap He sure was. May Glen rest in peace.

I literally could not have won without him

I love binging nuzlockes, just found your channel so about to do exactly that! Do you use calcs or do you go in semi blind?
I usually look up the bosses ahead of time, but that’s it. Too lazy to do math, so stuff like radical red is kind of off the table.
@theuncommonsoap way more enjoyable to watch that way tbh so i appreciate that way of doing it! And yeah RR is hard enough without doing a nuzlocke 😅
Cool video I can’t wait for more Pokémon nuzlockes
Thanks for checking it out
TREECKO GANG RISE UP!!
Sceptile is top tier in heart. But not in battle. Just like Flareon
Hey what’s the song around 25:00? thanks ~

This is a high difficulty oras romhack, here is a lucario before the first ROCK TYPE gym
well he was just lucky to get a Lucario, most of the time you wont get such good encounters
this needs more likes and subs. Mabye do only quadsire fusions to get more likes

Yo @14:25 are you gangplank voice actor from league of legends?
I wish! I’m just an enthusiast.
Set mode is kind of a cop out when people spend hours to understand each team in depth
I usually only take about 5-10 minutes at most. But also what’s the alternative when you aren’t allowed to use trial and error?
@theuncommonsoap trial and error is the only option. Hence the appeal and reward of the nuzloke
how is set mode a cop out? it activatelly makes the game harder
