I feel like EA should've made the first two like different worlds where there's maybe a whole other hidden town there instead of a place where you can only fish, find collectibles and garden. I've visited both of the first two and tbh it's boring after about 5 minutes of being there.
I agree there could be more, but they're small hidden places within the world they provide. It could be a great set for storytelling(for those that make their own sim movies).
It works with the glade haven't tested with the grotto yet
edit: It also works with the grotto, use cheat bb.EnableFreeBuild after putting in TestingCheats True/Enabled
The cheat helps... at least then you can put a painting easel down and get your sims to make nice paintings.

I got to the alien planet by accident through the scientist route during my favorite playthrough. Before that I even married my sim to an alien disguised as the handsomest randomly generated sim I've seen, lol. They've made the alien aspect of the game very fun :)

I feel like there should be something more special about forgotten Grotto. It just gives me that type of vibe. Like you mine a certain stone or catch a certain fish and then you have to do something to unlock a new playable world.
CaptainSauce on RUclips has a "the life of Kevin" series in which he builds two different venues in The Forgotten Grotto for his Sims during the 143 episode series.

No, that comes with the mod that lets you leave Sims 4 and play in Sims 3. Oh, wait, that's just playing in Sims 3. NVM
For the record, I play both versions. I just prefer 3 for it's far more varied game play options.
There’s fairies in the Sims 4 University. It’s a secret society that you can join if you make a sacrifice or something to the statues in the universities

You're the first person I've seen to actually SHOW players how to do it, instead of just explaining alongside screen grabs, and I gotta say, this is way easier to understand. After watching other videos, I was able to find the magic tree, the alien world, and the one where you have to break the wood in the old mine behind the houses in the desert, but I couldn't find the one at the vacation spot for the life of me and eventually just gave up!!! This made it sooooooooo easy. Not only because I could physically see where to go, but bc you then had the directions as well!!!!! So, if you couldn't tell, I just wanted to say THANKS! because even though I had given up a while ago, it was always something in the back of my head whenever I was playing Sims. I subscribed and definitely am looking forward to more Sims vids from you in the future!!!! Happy holidays :o)

The person who made this video is a Sims Genius and I want to know how he got the camera to work like that!! I want to zoom out on worlds and see it all but the cameras won't let me. So, the cool thing built into this game is inventory. You can take a grill and camping supplies and even though you cannot live in any of these worlds? You could virtually camp out there indefinitely. And I just thought of something? You could make ghosts there in two days. It is an inhabitable world even with food and sleep you could not take a bath or drink water and there is no way to install a restroom. I think they should have included a cabin or hovel in these hidden worlds in case one wanted to become a hermit? HAHAHHA so many possibilities yet so many unnecessary limitations where it could have been programmed to have more content and options. Once you have done everything and unlocked all it's secrets the game gets boring. 16 years addicted to Sims. That should do it. The only world worth going to is in the woods. At least there is a house there with another hermit. So funny. Go Simmers. And about the apartment living? That was a fail the first time it came out in TS3. That world is for first time simmers and seems like an insult to the pocketbook because they haven't even fixed resturant glitches or given those people the toddlers they wanted to teach to crawl and all that time consuming baby stuff. Get us some content Origin.

I was invited to Sylvan Glades, everyone was throwing up & I was like wtf...
You know you're addicted to sims when you actually have the time to figure out there's secret places in the sims 4..like I'm obsessed and even I didn't know till now WTF
you can also get to planet via field trip if you accompany your teen/child sim to school, I'm pretty sure this is kinda rare though.
+nerdy narwhal That is only done via a mod to follow a child/teen to school. Base game doesn't do that. But it does still happen with it.

MaddyGames No, you can't. It is a mod called "Go to School" based off of "Get to Work". I have looked into it and tried it without the GTS mod and you can not follow them to school with out mods.

A random person invited me to "see something very important" do I accepted and I went to the first World and there were 2 people there and we all continuously threw up for 4 hours
And that's why you never accept texts from strangers. You just might end up in a random secret glade tripping on acid and vomiting for four hours

And to Forgotten Grotto too, they already saw the way there when Dil and Tabitha were on honeymoon trip to Oasis Springs. They didn't have enough handiness to broke it down, but I remember one of them said "can we repair some fridges right now" or smth. So they need to just remember 😃

I think the plants are rare because they glow. I haven't harvested any yet. I think you have to spend the night to get the plants to bloom

For anyone wondering you can get to the Magic Realm in 2 ways:
Go through the magic portal that you can find by following the stream.
OR
If you created a spellcaster from CAS, use the Glimmerstone in your inventory to travel directly there.
Hope somepeople ill find this useful since this video did not include it.

Another way to get to Planet Sixam is if you have the school expansion pack there will randomly be an excursion to the Planet.

Ok, it's now 12:30am. I WAS about to go to bed and thought "one more vid on RUclips." I haven't even played Sims 4 in weeks. Now it is taking so much self control not to fire the game up and explore these. I remember trying to get to Sylvan Glade when they introduced it as part of the PlantSim challenge, but I never made it there and thought it was locked unless they were maybe going to repeat the event. Hadn't occurred to me to see what had happened since.
I knew at some point about Planet Sixam, but kinda forgot. I'm sure once I got a Sim on the science career track or actually built one of those rockets I'd have gotten there.
But the Forgotten Grotto and Deep Woods? Never heard of either. They would have just sat there. Forgotten in the deep. (See what I did there? You're not the only ones Maxis.)

In Oasis Spring there are 2 forgotten grotta : one next to the superstar house and the other is located to North-east

-sylvan glade: 9/10. its nice but it's very pink
-forgotten grotto: beautiful! 10/10. the water sparkles and the crystals are so pretty. you might as well live there
-deep woods: 9/10 very nature-y! that's a pretty nice waterfall. kind of bland though
-planet sixam: 8/1. cool! reminds me of sims 3's supernatural pack and lunar lakes. not much to say about it.

+Alba Emanuela you only need to to granite falls and then go to a lot called "The Forest". Then just follow the way the sim in the video go from the cabin at the center of the lot

The Sylvan tree, the mine and the portal can be bought in build mode if you use the hidden objects cheat.

Any hidden worlds in Windenburg?
I think the island that you can use for club gathering is considered as that since you leave the island by entering the bushes, but you can access it immediately from the map so I don't think so.

I have The Sims 4 for PlayStation and I've never heard of some of the places mentioned in the video. I only have 3 towns (Oasis Springs, Willow Creek and New Crest). Did you buy an expansion pack or something and that's why you have other towns?

after watching this went into Tree (for Fishing and waiting to pick cherries there... cross an apple tree with a cherry tree cutting and you get a pomegranate fruit tree !!)... and caught a Voodoo Doll there fishing !!! Cool !! thanks for posting this video.... never would have thought of the Tree as a "special" place... have a pleasant Summer...

um you forgot the answers to the questions that pop up after exploring. that would be somewhat helpful. plus snapdragons are very common in all worlds, so it's not considered a 'rare collectible' I'm pretty sure the pond in sylvan glades holds rare frogs

Theres a rare event when you go to planet Sixam. Sometimes theres a big party going on with music, bars and music.
