Always nice to see printers embrace the opensource ecosystem- I'm assuming since much of the printer is printed, modding and repairs should be a breeze. Not to mention its nice seeing machines incorporate a very after-market parts friendly approach, rather than being firmly "Buy our parts and our parts only". I feel it opens the door for alot of user-customization and innovation.
