This is actually my condition. No matter how much I eat, I can NEVER gain weight. This actually scares me. When I was in yr 4 I was 21 kg, that was like 9 kg or more less than the normal amount. I don’t lose weight but every year I only gain like 1-2 kg maybe none each year. It’s unbelievable of these conditions. my parents actually encourage me to eat more but don’t push me till I vomit because they know what happens when I eat too much. Without my parents encouragement I would have been severely underweight. Thank you for your time traveller.🤩⭐️✨👍

This is true for a majority people except for genetic anomalies. Usually when people say they eat a ton but can't gain weight, or they eat very little and can't lose weight, it's because they're just bad at counting calories or not counting them at all and aren't eating as much or as little as they say they are.

Bro, i can't get fat too. I have scoliosis and can barely gain fat... But i will gain by getting muscles like so you guys can motivate me on this journey of getting big.
Dude, I used to be skeleton-skinny for years (always around 130lbs & almost 6ft tall) & have scoliosis too incidentally. In the past I tried to gain weight by eating tons of caloric stuff, it never worked, could never gain any fat.
About a year ago, at 33 years old, I started working out 4-6 times a week, having 4 meals a day (between 3000 and 3500 calories I reckon) and drinking more water: it took some time to have an effect, but I progressively gained more than 25lbs. I'm now very lean & have defined muscle, without even having to limit my eating - which is something a lot of people dream of. It's nice to hear compliments about my physique, when people used to make all sorts of comments about how skinny I was.
So you can do the same too. You might not become massive (due to natural morphology, plus social media has created completely ridiculous expectations) but you can definitely work your way up to looking nicely muscular, develop a bigger frame, and have a healthy weight

I remember when i was a teenager i was skinny as well, but i was still in a growing phase during high school. So i would eat a lot then within about 2 or 3 hours after lunch time for example when i get back home i would eat something else as a snack. Main reason for that was because i was moving around a lot between 2 different schools since i had my regular grade school then i was going to a tech school to learn a trade from my schools program. I especially got something in the morning sessions on Fridays for 2 of the 5 years because my tech school had pretzel days at that time and i would buy 2 of them. I don't eat like that now though since i'm in my mid 30's and on mostly a vegan diet to watch my weight.

How many calories less do you need from your maintenance? I eat around 2000-2100 and my maintenance is 2500 but nothing is changing
if nothing is changing, 2500 isnt your maintenance
