I was amazed by how good people were at eating food then the video Stan and Arjen watched may look like it wasn't believable, however for someone of that guys size he had to break down the meals in separate days so he could avoid things like hospital visits for example.
I’m fairly sure Erik fasts before these challenges and, when watching other ones, he does crazy amounts of exercise between, like 100+ mile bike rides, lots of walking and running. And the reason why the time was confusing and the changes of clothes is because he gives himself a full 24 hours, so when it was 12, it was 12am and presumably he went back to bed after that (or to the gym 😂)

Imagine eating like Walter Hudson and doing a 5 day bro split weight gain would still be a issue but not as much as a lazy person, Elvis ate 8000-10.000 calories but exercised everyday badminton, racketball and karate, he was 260 lbs at the time of his death after 3 year's of binge eating, but ofc his high metabolism and all the cardio is the reason why he wasn't heavier look up "fools gold" he ate 1 everyday.
