45 min Full Body Yoga Class For Strength & Flexibility | All Levels | Slow Flow

- Welcome to this full body yoga class! We will begin the practice with gentle warm up stretches and half sun salutations, then move through a standing sequence including poses like high lunge, warrior I, warrior II, warrior III, humble Warrior, triangle, side angle, goddess, lizard, etc. We will strengthen the core, back, and upper body with locust pose and side planks, then wind down with pigeon pose, happy baby, and reclined twists. In the end, there is a short savasana to finish the practice. Props are not required, but if you have yoga blocks, I will demonstrate a few ways to use them. Enjoy the class!

Damn, I'm actually sore from this. I did this yesterday morning and I feel it in my hips, upper back and shoulder. I've been cycling the same two videos I had saved from you and another yoga RUclipsr for about five months and they never made me feel this sore. I personally don't miss the feeling of DOMS, but this was a good combination you put together. Obviously the more I do it the better I'll feel after. Now I have another routine to cycle with, thanks.
nothing wrong with cycling through the same videos, but it's also good to add a new routine from time to time because different poses in different combinations challenge the body in different ways))
