I remember I used this when I lived in Japan, I had no idea it was award winning and just bought it because it was massive and cheap! I loved it, it lasted ages. But I prefer the hada labo bihaku ones with actives like Arbutin etc.
I bought a lot of your recommendations and my skin has been healthier than ever! Thank you so much for your thorough reviews! Hope you have been safe and well 🥰
I love this product. I only have been using it for a week, but I noticed how moisturized, plump, and bright my skin looked. As someone who lives in a very hot, dry, desert environment, just love it!
I LOVE layering this and then putting on a hyaluronic acid serum before the last layer is fully absorbed. Provides so much moisture and a very nice base for make-up!
This has absolutely changed my skin. I put it on right out of the shower on my face and it soothes and HYDRATES me...does not moisturize me..just hydrates. I LOVE this stuff and also use the gel. It is life changing. I layer it about 5 times.
I switched to Japanese skin care because of you and I can't thank you enough fof it! Luv this skin conditioner and the Hada Labo lotion! I'm just deciding which moisturizer to use.
Decanting into a travel sized spray bottle is a FANTASTIC idea. I've done this with my Kiku Masamune High Moist lotion as it makes it MUCH easier to use it all over the body. Also great to keep it in the fridge in summer. Delicious!
Bought the toner per your recommendation and LOVE it. It’s is not sticky and sinks right in. Much better than the Laneige imo.....might be my new HG! I have oily skin and it doesn’t irritate or break me out. Thanks, Tina!
So interesting! I think the Naturie might work great for oilier skin since I've heard the Laneige can be quite rich - so glad it worked for you though 😍
Oh my goodness. Yep yep I tried the Laneige one per some people’s recommendation. My country’s super hot and humid so it made my skin feel extra sticky 😭 Bought the travel size ones to try, so thank goodness. I can finish it easier.
I use this all over my body before putting on lotion and it's great! I sometimes switch it up with the Hada Labo toner/lotion if I have an extra budget. I dont recommend using it on your face if you have sensitive skin because it does contain alcohol, but i guess it still depends on you. However, if you're looking for that extra moisture, especially during winter, i would suggest getting a bottle. It would last you for 2 to 3 months.
You’ve convinced me to get this product! Cause I really like the laneige cream skin toner but 30+ dollars for a 150 ml bottle is crazy especially since it’s something I use all the time. Thank you!
NATURIE! I love this product too. I bought it last year in Donquijote Japan because of your review and your grandma🤗 I heard you saying it way before, in one of your videos. I put it on spray bottle as well. It’s much easier for me to apply. I spray it on my face, neck and elbows..
I found Naturie skin conditioner because of your first video that's why I got to travel Japan I bought one and tried it.I didn't regret buying it because it helps me to reduce my acne. (^_^) And I love to use it on a compressed sheet mask 💜💜💜
Just bought this from Don Quixote and it was 1000ml for $9.99. I thought, what the heck, nothing to lose. Lol. I hope it works on me as well as it does for you!
yesss the older video was what convinced me to buy a couple of bottles in japan at the start of the year! it's as amazing as you say it is 😍 after returning home to sydney, i noticed the cbd's daiso sold a value 1L bottle that comes with a pump and just as cheap as japanese prices
i've been using only 1 layer of this the whole time :') and i was about to change my toner back to my old one as the naturie didn't do as much hydration as i expected. i did once use it as a mask with cotton and it was great! moisturising (though a bit time consuming), but i never realised that maybe i should've layered it for daily use.. maybe i was just being too lazy.. LOL- Anyhow,,, glad i stumble upon this video, coz this toner is WAAAY cheaper than my old one, so, thank you!
I'm a forein student in japan, bought this just a while ago because it was discounted in matsukiyo. Came here because i didn't know how to apply it 😂 glad i bought this, thanks 😂
Thank you for this video!! I got this product in Tokyo because I saw the #1 crown sticker and thought it’d be good but wasn’t sure how to use it. I’m excited to use it properly now haha
I know this product 😍😍😍 I love it😍😍😍 I used it while I was living in Kyoto. My friend recommend me this. It moisted my skin so well:)) I wished I could buy in Germany...
Your pore video put this on my radar... Dr Dray says hydrating toners are dope, so I'm gonna try this one, and then if I like it, I might try some other ones that have more going on, like the Sukoyaka Suhada urea moisturizing lotion, or the Isntree green tea one. Seems like there's going to be a process for each product where I need to figure out it's consistency. I love the idea of putting it in a spray bottle; that sounds so much less annoying. I deal with enough runny actives already, but this one is just straight-up water.
i used to think youre sponsored by naturie because u reccomend it so much even if it doesn't have the best ingredients. its also has alcohol. but on your latest video i saw u buy a new formulation naturie. and im excited to get a new version of one. hope it works wonders for me too actually its also always sold out in Philippines.. now that makes me think not to judge a product that has alcohol lmao
I have been eyeballing this toner for a while (since I truly saw it everywhere in sunrise nyc && in Japan!) but the alcohol and other ingredients scares me a little. I might give it a try though, since it is cheap and I do have oily skin. Thanks for the review and recommend!
Maybe it’s because I’m only applying one layer but it does feel sticky :/ not loving the fact that it has parabens, but I will at least follow the several layer recommendation and finish the bottle I bought. I love your channel, Tina. It might not seem so because of my comment 😂 but it’s just that not all products work for everyone and that’s fine. In the end, I do think that your recommendations are the most informed.
I bought this one because of you! Literally most skincare products give me allergy but this one never has! Thank you Tina! Btw, is the gel version of this also good?
The mist I used here was actually an empties Garnier mist 😂 although you can buy empty bottle in lots of places from online to often pharmacies/health & beauty stores!
Tina Tanaka Harris of course! 😂 i recycle some of my spray bottles as well. With new empty bottles sometimes the mist, they’re hit or miss. Thanks anyway 😊
Muji High Moisture is definitely more moisturising and maybe better if you have drier skin, as for the Kikumasamune I find it leaves a stickiness to the skin so I prefer the Naturie!
@@TinaTanakaHarris Yes, the Kiku Masamune does have a tackiness to it but for me, only if applied on the face. On the body it turns skin into silk. Incredible. My all time favourite is the SANA Nameraka toner (not the thicker, milkier one, the watery one). AMAZING for normal-combination-acne-prone skin. I love it when someone finds something that really works for them and I love knowing what their holy grail products are. :)
I just bought this product because its price is cheap 🤣and I am looking for a way to use it effectively. Thank you for your sharing, I just clicked subscribe
I went through 2 bottles of this... applying this like a mask before my makeup. i thought it was doing good for my skin but since quarantine i dont where anything on my face and realise how dry my skin was(my skin is comb/oily). I stopped using it and my skin is back to normal. I think it was due to the alcohol in it.
@@TinaTanakaHarris I think it doesnt help when i live in Australia too. Alcohol in skincare is okay when you live in humid countries. In Asia its common to have alcohol in the skincare.
Hi tina!☺️ I’m a teenager and I’m trying to find a good toner for my oily skin but I don’t really like heavy products because in my country is very hot so I always feel sticky and feel uncomfortable. And I saw your video and i really want to try it so is it ok for a teenager skin to use this toner? :>
I've never used a toner that felt as close to water as this.. for the price and as a last cleansing step .. it's great.. did u notice the little but of an odd smell probably from the barley. ?
yeah for sure! actually all toners are fine to use on damp skin - it actually is said to be better since you don't allow any time for your skin to be dry!
I have bought this after watching your review. I just wanted to ask how to determine the manufacturing & expiration date of the product because I can't find any info in the container
Thank you so much! Being a Japanese American (moved here in 1999 when I was 10) I've been wanting to get some skincare products from my homeland and I vaguely remember my mother using this :). Do you recommend any good lotions? (I'm a man if it matters lol) Compai!
Hi Tina! I'm starting to do my research and is keen in starting using Hatomugi Lotion and Gel and I stumbled upon your channel. (liked & subscribed too! 😊) btw, do you think its good to use the hada labo shirojyun and/or gokujyun together w/ the lotion & gel? Hope you'll see this. ❤️ Cheers!
I keep seeing this bottle and the skin conditioner gel without the brand "Naturie" printed on the bottle/tub everything else looks exactly the same. Do you have any info if they sell a different packaging for sales overseas? I am worried that it might be fake product.
Hey love, I don't think they sell with different packaging.. I know other brands do something similar to the Naturie one but I believe if it was the same product the brand would definitely put their brand name on it!
Hi tina can i ask you how im going to use it together with the melano serum and lotion or can i use them together on my face at once?thank you in advance😊
