K and J Beauty need to work on better quality products with active ingredients, ie retinol and Vitamin C. But for every other part of the skincare routine, absolutely. The quality for the price is amazing.
I can’t wait to achieve dewy hydrated skin!!! For the past month I’ve been purchasing Japanese skincare products and my skin has improved a whole lot. I’ve been LOVING the Naturie’s skin conditioner and gel so I’m definitely going to get my hands on the emulstion!!

I have combination skin in winter and used Naturie Hatomugi Skin Conditioning Milk last night, over Kiku Masamune Skin Care Lotion High Moist... I woke up with perfectly plump/smooth/soft skin this morning 😍 I put my hands on this milk in march 2021, and I'm still using it. But it doesn't compete with Curél Intensive Moisture Care Face Milk when I need intense hydration ❤ You are so kind and your everlasting smile is so comforting 💕
I was so excited to catch an upload as soon as it came out! This is one of my favorite videos so far. I appreciate so much how you highlight skincare info that’s not discussed much (yet). You’re a trailblazer!
While living in north Scotland in my 20s I used rose hip oil as my moisturizer and did oil cleansing and face steams with a hot towel to loosen dirt and cleanse instead of drying out with soap. I didn’t know much about Asian skincare then. My mistake was not using sunscreen as often as it was always dark and overcast; even if it’s not sunny you still need sunscreen 😅 In my late 30s, living in the tropics now, I use tretinoin .025%, may work up to .05%, and a rich night cream (currently using L’Occitane shea butter face cream), and sunscreen for day. I also want to include a peptide serum/cream and invest in a red light led mask. I’m also using the haru haru toner to which I sometimes add a drop of the ordinary’s lactic acid 10% to on tret-free nights.
Tina this is exactly what I needed! I’ve been needing a step between my rich balm and hydrating serum but easily layerable, def going to check out an emulsion for my dry as the Sahara skin 😅 also your skin is def goals🙌🏿 your glow is insane! I’d love to see your current routine and your fave exfoliatirs💕
This is so interesting. Indeed in the Western Europe emulsions are not so known. In Romania in Eastern Europe all women used a queen bee milk, made of the food the queen bees were fed (royal jelly), an emulsion so good anyone could use it. It's the only fave cream my mom used, she still has impeccable skin at almost 70, unlike me 😫 I used it in winter as a child, when my skin got dry because of the cold. These are miracle products and not heavy on the skin
I love Japanese skincare, I used to live in Japan and loved their products, I always use both emulsion and cream as my skin is so dry, sometimes I even have to use a sleeping pack on top of these two. I like the Japanese concept of 乳液

Ever since ive incorporated a few more hydrating steps (i use 2 hydrating toners, 1 emulsion, 2 moisturizers, and a cica balm), my skin has never felt more plump and healthy! Thanks for giving me the low down on Muji skincare because I'm OBSESSED with their hydrating toner and emulsion!
I really glad that I started to do skincare since i was 16 y.o, and korean & japan skin care are more affordable so I can afford the basic like toner, serum, and moisturaizer. I don’t even have smile line even though I laugh a lot, small pores, and I used to have acne & oily skin and redness in cheeck area when I was young now it is normal, smooth, and calmer, I glad that the skin cares formula keep getter better and better.
Have you tried the Kikumasamune Sake Emulsion?? It's so cheap and comes in the hugest bottle, and it literally made my skin so baby soft I was shook! I think you would enjoy it :)

I second the Nameraka Honpo lotion at 8:44. Fantastic. Some of my favourite lotions feel like water when I splash & tap them on my skin and others feel like slippery gel-water but unlike water (and heavy face moisturisers) they absorb quickly like magic and leave my skin feeling really comfortable and soft. Some lotions leave a horrible gluey, tacky feel on the skin, as if they just cannot absorb so just sit there as a horrible layer. They leave me wanting to wash my face almost immediately. Some have conspired to trigger horrible fungal acne/malassezia folliculitis (in tandem with other products for sure) and this condition makes skin look bumpy and rough and takes AGES to truly get rid of, which is truly distressing. Luckily, most of the skincare you showcase and discuss on your channel is affordably priced so I tend to do what you do, which is just fill a basket when shopping in Japan and experiment with them over time to see which one helps and which one leaves that gross, tacky layer on the skin that is almost resistant to being washed off entirely. I’m an asian and ironicly, my skin can’t handle asian product 😂😂😂 French and American product like Bioderma, Olay, Kiehl’s and L’oreal recently suprisingly works on my skin 🤣
I wanted to love the isoflavon products so much when they were hyped up several years ago, but unfortunately my skin did not like them and they made me brake out I have normal skin but maybe I have some kind of allergy I do t know. Hi Tina, I love your channel. What do you recommend for dry, mature skin. I fly a lot with work and I struggle to find products that keep my skin hydrated during and after a flight. Thank you.
Mam which makeup product did you use in your cheeks nose and forehead...it looks like glass skin makeup
Hi, Tina!
I'm trying to look into your videos if you have already tried the NATURIE HATOMUGI GEL. I know there are just 3 products in their line up but I would definitely appreciate knowing the order/difference of the gel and the emulsion 😊😊 thank youuuuu ❤❤
I actually saw the Naturie conditioning milk in Daiso Highpoint.
Can you recommend any emulsions from Australia?
Very useful!❤
@Tina can you please advise what would you recommend for mature skin out of all the products that you have mentioned? And in what routine do you follow to get a dewy skin?
I am from Australia, and thank you so much for a great video.
🥰
Tina! do you have an amazon storefront? i would totally use your storefront to buy stuff so i can support you!!!
Hello! Do you have any tips that would really help reduce dark circle in your eyes? I would really appreciate it if you'd notice me
I need your tutorial makeup for this episode oh please ❗
Do you prefer Naturie Hatomugi emulsion or the Hada labo gold emulsion? How about the hada labo milk version? Which one is better in terms of hydration for oily combination?
Hi Tina! can you make a video for teenage acne 💕 also i love your channel and how true your reviews are also i have been using emulsions ever since i found your yt channel Thank you!!
I’m an asian and ironicly, my skin can’t handle asian product 😂😂😂
French and American product like Bioderma, Olay, Kiehl’s and L’oreal recently suprisingly works on my skin 🤣
My mom even had Mary Kay emulsion in the 90s
I wanted to love the isoflavon products so much when they were hyped up several years ago, but unfortunately my skin did not like them and they made me brake out I have normal skin but maybe I have some kind of allergy I do t know. But I would be careful if you have sensitive skin and maybe try the travel size first
