But then he must have realised that the odds were against him and that his perfect plan hadn't been carried out in such a perfect way as he had thought... He also realised that he didn't know what he was doing, and that this is not the moment to throw out a tantrum, but to be a reasonable adult for once in his life and hire the best lawyer he possibly could.

The time stamps of the vids and photos used do not make sense. Some don't have time stamps and therefore should not be allowed. I'm sure Mrs drives frequently around the neighborhood and those snaps could be used if no date stamp. For instance, supposedley Tilles leaves home at 9:03 then 3 hours later the Denali is at this "construction site" and then drives straight or something. And then after the murder the Denali is photo'd supposedly at 11:32 leaving on some street. So none of that makes any sense tine wise..

So the retired detective, late in the video, at 5:13:00 says from Telles' home to German home is 5.4 miles. The State said Telles was seen leaving his neighborbood at 9:03am. Then their evidence showed pics and videos of this Denali 3 hours later in pics and depictions around German's neighborhood. Got news for ya, it dont take 3 hours to drive 5.4 miles. The construction site video was at like 12:07pm. That video was supposedly on the way before the crime. The Denali arrived at German's before that time stamp. Therefore, they are simply grabbing shots of this Denali and making it look like something it is not. Because the State showed a picture of the Denali leaving German's neighborhood at 11:32am, after the crime. Ya can't arrive at a crime scene at noon and then be leavin at 11:30. Make that make sense please. Some important videos are cut and not run in their entireity. And why not ask the construction truck guy, "what time do you recall seeing that Denali with the orange man driving?" Time people!!!! Get a clue

When they show the news segment during the Prosecution's opening statement, theres a part where Telled is walking down a hallway and it's spot on to the video of the assailant walking. Usually I would think it'd be so difficult as to be pointless to compare walking mannerisms but his quirks are pretty noticeable.

I feel like the case could have been decided after the states opening lol. Obviously they need to show where the evidence came from, blah blah blah, but this is so open and shut and such a waste of tax payer money. Which is ironic considering his defense is that he was framed for trying to save tax payer money 🤦🏻‍♀️

Afrer a knife fight and trying to kill a pretty big guy (looked like a big guy in the video) you are saying this is the body from the little guy? A pinky nail? Where are the scratch marks from how there was DNA under Mr German's fingernails? Where are those pictures of the scratches? Cuz if ya scrape off someone's skin with ur nails, I gotta think that would leave some marks. Maybe they have those and are saving for later. But i think I woulda thrown those in on opening.

Question. These clips of evidence don't line up. Ya got Denali at 9:12 leavin Telles area. 9:42 a photo of it on Rocksprings Rd. Then at 12:06 (10:40 adjusted? What is that?) Denali is on Wintergreen Dr. At 12:07 the construction site interaction. At the 38:15 mark of video, orange man is seen in a yard at another house. Why? Then at 38:17 of video, photo of orange man walkin in the street?? Then video of German opening his garage door after the man went on the side, it's clipped. Why? Run the full video unclipped. None of the time stamps make sense. How long does it take to get from Telles hm to German hm? Cuz 9:03 left his home and all these shots and vids are hours away from that. Some have stamps, others dont. Looks kinds shady to me. State needs to clarify some times for sure. Cuz this evidence doesn't line up timewise for me.

There's some things that just don't sit right with me about this case. Who in the HELL would murder someone and then cut up the hat, clothes and shoes they wore during the murder and then LEAVE THEM IN THEIR HOUSE DAYS AFTER!!!! No blood on anything....even in the vehicle....he has an injury himself yet no blood of his found at the scene. It's all very strange imo.
People are so quick to conclude without exploring possibilities. Maybe he was exposing massive corruption where corrupt operators were making millions off of unclaimed estates amongst other things.
I don't know. I thought he was 100% guilty before this trial. Now I'm not 100% sure anymore. Isn't that reasonable doubt?
The entire world has already convicted him it seems judging by the comments section. Like no one has ever been set up before to get them out of the way and to prevent their own exposure.
