    The reason most (not all) water in Finland is sparkling is because everyone drinks tap water and noone buys water, unless they specifically want sparkling water. Look for bottles with white caps, they are still water.

    Hi jay. Just a quick question please- is 12 months enough time to train for a full ironman? At the moment i can
    Run a marathon
    Ok on the bike (not fast but more endurance suited than speed)
    Need lots of swim training.
    Do you think 12 months is enough for the full from where im starting now?? Thanks.

      For sure 12 months is plenty amount of time, I would say always work on your weakest area more cause we tend to do what we most enjoy or good at the most, maybe look at getting a coach or following a training plan cause that will give you structure which Is key to training, by the sounds of it you already have a good foundation to start from 💪🏼👌🏼
