The only cat I had that had kittens for the first time had a rough time. Her first baby came out backwards and got stuck, so we had to help by pulling it out, which was really painful for her. She was really small and had 5 babies, I think smaller cats have a harder time.
My cat was calling us for help and attention but literally all of us were sleeping. She wanted us to be there so bad that she literally gave birth on my cousin's bed(we shared a room) under her sheets.😂
Mine did. I was there when she delivered. Good thing too, as there was complications and I had to pull a kitten out by its tail. I handled her babies since day 1.
My cat stopped me when i had just gone to bed and needed my hand on her at all time during the prosses leeding to me falling asleep in my chair with my hand on her as shea was in the box.
How sweet she wanted her human by her side when she delivered for reassurance. Pets become very dependent on us emotionally and physically as they continue to live with us.
Look, this is an incredibly beautiful moment between the owner and the cat, one that the owner will probably never forget. But relative to all other animals, cats are not social. Not in the slightest.
@@NileForce2214While they may not be very "social" animals by nature, they can still form a very strong bond with their owner as well as with other animals. Sometimes they like having their own space, but contrary to what many people think, cats are not solitary creatures at all
OMG! I had that experience! A very unusual and pleasant memory for the rest of my life. Also, that actually wasn't even my cat, which was even more mindblowing... 💖😻💖
My cat was let out for the day. Then she started climbing the screens and singing loudly, so I let her in. She went to the only place in the house she felt safe. She delivered her 6 kittens in the Middle of My Bed. Incredible
My cat literally woke me up in the middle of the night by licking & nibbling my face. Her meows were entirely different than her usual oned & she took me to her nesting. Turns out, she was in labour. I sat next to her 3 hours straight until she was done birthing her beautiful litter of 4 kitties 😭❤️ it sure is an honour to have your cat take you and be a witness of her miracle.
Petting her belly, actually rubbing it gently, really does help her a lot. I love the communication she has with her human buddy who she knew would be there for her!
My cat absolutely hated my mom (or so we thought) but when she had her kittens, she did this exact thing to my mom. She told me she couldn't go anywhere away from her box or she would get up and follow. She needed the comfort
She wanted a guard while she was in her most vulnerable state. Cats are such amazing animals 🥹 I could cry at how adorable this cat is and her babies❤️
Cats just take so Long to get to this level of friendship tho. Most of the time cats are too self Reliant to build relashionships, they can get there own food and take care of themselfs easily. So you gotta find another way to build a bond
My kitty did this when I was 8. If I left the nest and went back to bed, she would jump out and follow me. It was midnight, so I took my mattress and dragged it over to my closet and dangled my hand hanging inside petting her. She licked my hand and nibbled on it to wake me up and show me her 2 babies.I cried and held her, cooing softly, how brave she was. That was 6 decades ago and I still remember it all.
I had a calico female take to me as a 9 year old. She ended up having kittens in my bed with me in the middle of the night, actually. We didn't know she was pregnant! Well, I didn't lol. That was like 1984. I have a calico female laying on my legs as I type now lol
Cats are incredibly emo. My cat wakes me up every morning at 6:45. Meows loud in my ear and shoves his bod on top of my head. If I’m gone all day he meows like crazy when I get home. this is what i call true love and trust, people think cats are selfish but honestly they don’t even know how smart and loving they are❤
Wow. I didn't realize cats wanted or needed help during the birthing process. What a sweet little thing.
The only cat I had that had kittens for the first time had a rough time. Her first baby came out backwards and got stuck, so we had to help by pulling it out, which was really painful for her. She was really small and had 5 babies, I think smaller cats have a harder time.
My little Sweat Pea had 5 kittens and it took 5 hours on memorial day. I know because she wouldn't even let me leave her to go to the bathroom 😊
Mine wanted me to be with her at all cost.
maybe they feel extra vulnerable and want to make sure someone is watching their back
My cat was calling us for help and attention but literally all of us were sleeping. She wanted us to be there so bad that she literally gave birth on my cousin's bed(we shared a room) under her sheets.😂
I have never witnessed anything like this! Thank you for being there for her and her babies.
Ive had a dozen or so cats queen & all but one INSISTED one of her humans b present 😍
One still wanted us for every one of 4 litters ☺️😘
It's rare a cat will trust you enough to want you around during labour. Very touching.
Its rare? Ive had that with every female cat ive had
@@mixedupgirli dont think its rare
Yeah my cat did this too.. but cause she's Persian delivery need on vets
I never realized that cats were loving like that and would ask for help. If I ever find a stray it can live with me.
How sweet she wanted her human by her side when she delivered for reassurance.
Pets become very dependent on us emotionally and physically as they continue to live with us.
Being a mom, I can be very scary and painful so she would like help from somebody she loves❤.
She probably thinks she would be even safer during the vulnerable time
She was nervous to be alone. Cats are such special, social animals.
Look, this is an incredibly beautiful moment between the owner and the cat, one that the owner will probably never forget. But relative to all other animals, cats are not social. Not in the slightest.
@NileForce2214 The screams of strays trying to fillet each other in my neighborhood attests to that.
They're just nature's introverts, they're well intended but very dangerous if angry or hungry
@@NileForce2214 I was looking for this comment

My kitty did this when I was 8. If I left the nest and went back to bed, she would jump out and follow me. It was midnight, so I took my mattress and dragged it over to my closet and dangled my hand hanging inside petting her. She licked my hand and nibbled on it to wake me up and show me her 2 babies.I cried and held her, cooing softly, how brave she was. That was 6 decades ago and I still remember it all.

Cats are incredibly emo. My cat wakes me up every morning at 6:45. Meows loud in my ear and shoves his bod on top of my head. If I’m gone all day he meows like crazy when I get home.
