Americans are expats in Mexico but we are illegal immigrants in the US? This is why our people are having a hard time paying for their own rent because Americans move to Mexico because is cheap and more convenient
Not all Mexicans are illegal immigrants in the US, only some. Not all Americans in Mexico are expats, only some. The debate in the US continues around illegal immigration, the focus is not those immigrants from around the world to seek to contribute to the country within the law. "Your people" do not pay higher rent around the country due to a few foreigner enclaves, rather in concentrated areas. Still an issue worth discussing of course.
They are both immigrants (I hate the term expats) but 80% of DACA recipients are Mexicans so it's not a hyperbole to say most illegal immigrants are Mexicans. And don't forget that the majority of 'Americans' in Mexico are people born to Mexican parents (often while illegally being here) so blame your own people.
Thanks Ryan, I enjoy your content!
