Only thing I would do differently is stagger your plywood joints. Put down your first full piece, then on the next row start out with a board cut in half. Other than that lookin good!
We used 2 - 11 7/8 LVL's to span the 30 feet, with a post in the middle. Engineering only called for 2 - 9 1/2 LVL'S, but we increased the size to make the floor more rigid. Most draftsman will calculate a simple span like this for little or no fee.
Horizontals are usually spaced at 24”. So 16’ ( not top of pitch.) Verticals on back wall should be 10’ spacing. So engineered front brace is 30’ long. I’d bet verticals on lengthwise are 12’ spaced. So 12 x 30’. You can figure height from cement floor to platform by counting horizontals on walls

'Stairs are hard.' - That is me EVERY time I build a set of stairs. I've built four sets of stairs now, only messed up one stringer.
