    I was 17 and homeless in london in 2013, DC's dog Bossa, a little white staffy came and sat on my lap as i was sat outside kingscross mcdonalds, he gave me money, he helped me out, more importantly, he was a friend to me and my partner, he looked after us i suppose! Havent seen him for over six months, i was homeless for christmas last year and didnt have anyone, he gave me a pair of airforce - he really would lift my spirits, i knew he loved music and is still making music, but i never knew he was on this scale!

    I was here! Haha. What a night ENERGY NYE Eve 1989. Laughed from Liverpool to Brixton and back at my friend who was driving in a red beret doing Frank Spencer impressions off his cake! Mission. That rave blew my decade and my mind. Where's the rest of the footage, there were other P.A's. Nostalgic times. Thanks for this @Steve Morgan. ;)

    Oh I completely agree with your comment about him 'losing the plot'. This album is a wonderful tribute to the way quality music was produced in the early 90s with just a few basic instruments. Nothing too fancy here; just one man, a keyboard, sampler, drum machine... but brimming with inspiration and originality!

    I saw him 2x back in those days in LA. I think the one thing that impressed me is it seemed he was programming the music in realtime rather than just triggering samples. Each of his shows sounded different, this video was different than the vinyl, the 2 shows I saw were different. I miss those days. I didn't understand how important that scene was at the time. For me I was a punk, but this was fun music, it was visually exciting, met great people, it hadn't turned into pacifier ravers yet. $20 free beer till it ran out. Good times.

    still got my vid of this classic set by the king of Acid House he was an inspiration to many of the bands like N Joy and Shades of Rhythm dare I mention the Prodigy who heped kill the scene thanks to Charly, to all the youngsters out there if there was no Adamski then there would never have been a Seal who got a massive commercial following and made a shit load of money which is all down to the genious of the man like Adamskiiiiiiii : )

      Yeah, the 909 is defo live, and some keys, i think theres something hes playing along to, but pretty much live. cant fault him. only prodigy and shades of rhythm did that too. dont think N-joi did if you look closely at their videos.

      I met Chester today, he also told me that story. He isn't around London anymore he is on the streets of Newton abbot Devon south west, adamski and seal need to sort it out, he's the man behind there track 'killer', they're both rich and have done nothing to help. I was sat with him for at least an hour and he was telling me all of his inspiring story's, he even spat a few bars for me :)) please everyone read this and share the link to try and get him help, he deserves it, a massive heart, he even has a dog that HE rescued over 10 years ago (a white staffie) and has cared for him ever since, he deserves so much more. Please share the link www.mirror.co.uk/3am/celebrity-news/dj-behind-seals-hit-killer-6395907

    I spot an ASR-10 or EPS 16, TR-909 and it must be a TB 303 somewhere in that stage...

    • @davedagreat69
      @davedagreat69 9 лет назад +2

      It's an Ensoniq SQ80, TR-909 and he did have a Casio FZ10m for the samples. No TB-303 as far as I'm aware (he certainly never mentioned using one in interviews and it never appeared on stage), just the SQ80, a great synth.

    • @peteunderdog4455

    • @davedagreat69

      Pete underdog No, it's an SQ80, his favourite synth. He never used an EPS16, and the keyboard in this clip is definitely an SQ80. In fact he once said he was thinking of taking seven extra SQ80s into the studio next time he recorded.

    • @peteunderdog4455
