  • Tool List (center console panel removal):
    - phillips head screwdriver
    - flat head screwdriver
    - 10mm deep socket and socket wrench
    - plastic trim removal tool (optional, but HELPFUL)
    - telescoping magnet (optional)
    Tool List (stereo headunit removal and install):
    - car stereo harness (allows install to factory plugs w/o intrusive splicing)
    - wire stripper or scissors
    - wire crimping tool
    - phillips head screwdriver
    - socket set and wrench
    - assortment of wire crimps (if you can not find harness similar to mine); 18 gage size for most of the wires, with the stereo ground and power cables being slightly larger
    - telescoping magnet (optional)
    - zipties (optional)
    - electrical tape (optional)
    Tool List (rearview camera install):
    - 18-22 gage wire connectors
    - 18-22 gage T-Tap terminals aka tap-ins
    - 10 foot or more length of wire loom
    - electrical tape
    - zipties
    - wire stripper or scissors
    - wire crimping tool
    - 18-22 gage wire

    Is it completely required to remove the drivers seat for the install?

      Probably not, but makes it a lot easier to route the wires for sure

    Is there a pretty similar process for installing a tailgate handle camera?

      Should be very similar, just need to route the wiring to the handle. You can take off the tailgate access panel to get behind the handle easy enough I would think
