Wow, Marc, yeah... I've been in sales for 6 years and I've seen a lot... I have my own style but I never give up learning new things, or especially paying attention to the veterans and even the green peas for new perspectives. The one Mistake you mentioned above... number 5, "Dropping the Deadweight" has always been difficult for me... my ego-driven desire to close every thing I put effort into leaves me completely drained when it fails to finish successfully. If I concentrated on letting go of the deadweight, I could put myself in front of more clients and have the extra energy I need to close the ones that count.
Awesome videos and insight... really enjoy your work. Thank you!

Excellent video, all good tips, I really liked the planned steps, never leave or close an appointment without having a next defined step in the process. Also, " drop that sales voice," I liked that one. Very awesome

I watch a lot of videos and listen to a lot of tips. Yours are very in line with what we teach here at Vology. As Bionca said the budget is very useful yet it's the one I forget the most. I put a post it on my desk that says "BUDGET!" now.

My biggest problem is trying to pitch everything in a rush before they shut me up. And my Manager says my voice sounds dead. It sucks the life out of him
