In my experience Upwork is just the business version of hookup culture. Instead of sticking with one you have some writers on the side, but in response the writers get some extra clients on the side all because no one wants to place their faith/future into one relationship. So we’re stuck with everyone being too busy for each other to actually give them our best. So instead I just use Upwork for supporting roles in the blogs and I write it all myself. That way the core of the pieces are at least solid. I’ve found this strong core also helps my up-workers on their parts as well. But yea it’s slower.

Do you care if they use AI, or it doesn't matter as long as they do the assignment based on the guildelines?
If I can't tell if they used AI or not, that means the quality is where it needs to be. If the content seems AI-written, that's a problem.
