how did ur first time selling bbq go…. I’m 58 yrs old retired in Corona Ca…. I want to sell’s some Q but I don’t really have any customers…. I think my Q is good…. but I just don’t know how to get started
My first time I believe I sold brisket sandwiches and I had like 20 sold which wasn’t that great but at least I started building a buzz.after that I started recording every cook I did and showing footage of the food so I can show people what they were getting if they ordered from me. I promoted on Facebook and Instagram mostly . Facebook is where I do most of my promoting. I would start with with trying to use social media to build up pre-orders for a certain date you have in mind. If you have any pictures of your bbq use that in the promotion so they can get a visual of your food.
It's always tough to work full-time plus overtime & sell bbq. Especially if you invest 500-600 in product& supplies to sell 1200 worth of food you still ask yourself is it worth it.
keep up the great work
Thank you 🙏
