I wonder, how many other shops go to all this extra care to make sure the job is done correctly?
that should be job one but it is not. its all about the dollar and no pride in their workmanship.

my ignorance is gonna show here, I have been an automotive mechanic for more than 45 years and to this day, I did not know there was a thread size for 1/4" between SAE 20 and UNF 28, the special threads 24 tpi is new one on me. Thanks for taking time to explain that. I learned something.
if you worked on pre war cars you would have come across lots of different threads. #12 & #14 are good ones as well as those stupid 32nd threads.

Tatro that round tool is for the clutch removal on a 86-90 4 speed sportster. I got the same one.
it works better as a holding fixture.

S&S oil pump the best, or TP oil pump???
i will go with the ultima billet oil pumps first. on my bikes i like the pro-flow pumps the best but they are very hard to find these days.
