Yeah and I’m sure the individuals who don’t have higher education who work hard to achieve that level education are going to get the shaft when according to Madam Mayor Parker’s plan to remove barriers for city employment in public positions that ordinarily would require such higher education for individuals who probably barely got through high school. I don’t know which public positions those consist of but I can tell you that what that message pretty much tells the resident of Philadelphia is that potentially more uneducated individuals are going to be in mid level positions with the basic minimum amount of education. You would think as a former teacher should be encourage higher education, not giving individuals a free pass to the next grade metaphorically speaking
